I absolutely Love your log cabin homes, this one isn’t my favourite but that’s just personal choice, how on earth would they change a blown lightbulb Lol 😂 with those beautiful lights, your homes are Magnificent and I guess only for The Rich, how much would something like this cost to build, I just can’t imagine, we don’t have homes like this in Australia 🇦🇺, maybe one day if I win millions of dollars in the lottery I’d get you to design and build my Dream Log Cabin Home. Rick Parmeter Built our Golden Eagle Log Cabin in the North Woods of Wisconsin back in 2010. It was a pretty seamless experience working with Golden Eagle and having one of the Parmeter family members actually GC the project was pretty cool. Would definitely build with them again. We still own our cabin and enjoy it year round. You don't need to spend millions to have a nice log cabin from Golden Eagle LH's.

The interior 1st level is has 1-2 steps up and down everywhere. That will limit functionality for some people--little people, older people, and a few lazy people ;-). I'm a subscriber and enjoy the videos. Keep'em coming.

I do enjoy watching your home tours, but I LOVE watching your build series with my children. They, and I, love to see the construction process. We would really appreciate seeing more modest homes, if possible. These are really nice and all that, but are nowhere near something the average person could afford. We watched the DIY series and liked that. Is there anyway we could see what it’s like to just have your shell package put up? At least something that isn’t a million dollar home?

@@goldeneagleloghomes Oh yes, my children and I loved it. But I would still place that home over a million. I was hoping to see what your company could do for under 500k. Preferably a 3 or 4 BR. The DIY build was probably the closest because he and his family did so much of the work, but even that would be over 500k, if I’m not mistaken.

The complete package for the DIY is about 300,000. Because your a DIY person add up all the rest of the building costs and see if it comes up to 500,000 with your family doing all the work and see if it possible in your area

Golden Eagle have such beautiful constructions but for some reason it seems like they keep forgetting about the elderly members of the family and they think that only young people would be living in the house, it's very rare to see a tour of one of this mansions that has an elevator and been this houses so big I think 2 or 3 elevators situated in a certain areas will be awesome

Impossible to keep clean, unless you have a whole crew of janitors to do it, 24/7. A ridiculous cold place to live.

Affordability was a big part of how we grew up as a company, but we do tend to attract clients who are building unbelievable homes like this one - and those are the homes that do best for RU-vid views.

That is a nice home. But not a rustic cabin. If I was rich along with about two hundred acres it would be nice for the guest but I would want a small rustic cabin to get away from the rat race.
