It was either medical neglect OR somebody who caused her death. It was reported that Kim had been informing doctor's about not feeling well and she was told nothing was wrong and days later died. I think that there was definately medical negligence involved - surprised that no one requested an investigation.

Kim was a great woman, she's from my hood , we went to the same school and lived a few houses from each other. She is suppose to be with us right now, she didn't deserve what ever happened to her. The sweetest , kindest female you can meet, and loved life and would never harm herself or not take care of herself. The truth needs to be known. My family was shocked and acting scared of me for days because of how my dream came true. I will never forget that moment and I kept questioning myself and my mental because how could I dream a death of a woman I never met or knew personally. It's 2022 and I still haven't let this go. Al B Sure, Puffy any artist came to Columbus and saw her was falling for her. She was a few years younger than me but her beauty couldn't be denied. Everything you see on TV and online you see in about 10 min increments more or less, but you only see snippets of a persons life. Im sure their pain and breakdown wasnt filmed for us to see. The sleepover im sure was to help them take their mind off of it and keep living and heal.
