This video is all about flexing upper class privilege and nothing of relevance to the middle classes let alone the lower classes. Sasabihin ng iba jan "Pag inggit, pikit." Not really. Bakit ako maiinggit sa ganyan eh baka nga mas masaya pa sa Boracay or even Puerto Galera kasi at least dun, marami ka-interact na tao.

The rich don't flex dummy. They just spend according to their income. It's all relative. They fly first for comfort, convenience and privacy. If they can afford it there's nothing wrong with that. You talk about Boracay but low income people can't afford that so you mentioning it would be viewed as flexing by the poor.
