Exercise Myths
Beginners are faced with many challenges like which exercise to do, how many times a week, cardio or weights, what to do in the gym, is just walking enough? and upon that there are so many myths like if you run, you'll damage your knees, if you play badminton, you'll loose arm fat disproportionately and many more. In an attempt to address these issues, I've made the following video. I hope you all find it helpful.

She is right that walking is the underrated exercise but walking daily for max 30 mins can help you tone your muscles and also help you burn calories which is very effective for weight loss and walking daily can also improve your heart health and improve your cholesterol level, blood pressure, and energy level

Agree with all of your points except walking,i have lost around 5-10 kgs by just walking 1 hour a day and a good diet...So walking is a very good form of exercise especially for beginners

I dont really agree. I couldn't lose even 1 kg of weight with only walking for about 1.5 hr every single day for 2 months but even half hour of exercise was much more draining and effective.

Actually she is wrong. We lose fat in the form of CO2 and H2O. See the chemical formula for triglecyride(most common body fat) is composed of C(carbon element) , O(oxygen) and H (hydrogen). When we exercise these elements change to produce H2O(sweat) ,CO2(breath) and energy.

The first myth is a funny one but it's also dangerous if someone actually believes in it. Also for the last point, I hate cardio I would rather do HIIT or strength training in its place

Yeah right Walking is the best way to reduce your whole body fat Because it's effect your thighs first than the other parts of body automatically reduce fat ..... Just walk on early morning for 40 mints and in the evening too with same duration

I'm only 18 and I feel I'm losing wayyyy to much hair but I eat healthy foods like lot of vegetables and fruits and nuts... I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat meat... I even use mild shampoos and a wooden brush... I never use styling products or colours on my hair. I use natural hair masks like yogurt or mashed bananas. I'm really distressed because I don't know what's wrong... Maybe I should stopped eating fried and junk food?but i know a lot of people eat fried food but have perfect hair so idk if that's the reason also I don't eat these fried/junk foods everyday . And i just wanted to share my story and If you read it have a great day and be happy❤️🤗 Said this because preeti has made videos on hair

I won't agree with the walking part as normally a walk can be only a chore but while you concentrate and maintain a good speed it can be good exercise for leg muscles and also accupressure your foot atleast for those who don't have a space where they can run cycle or swim..

She did not say that it doesn't work . She said that it's overrated and I can tell from experience that what she's saying is 100% true. I dedicated 1.5 hr of my day for walking for a few months but there were negligible results but even half hour of exercising every single day showed better results.

Actually lifting weights does make us look masculine but not bulky . I.e. we do develop muscles and cuts but we can't bulk up. Masculine in terms of society terms tho ,I just call them muscles.(this is what I feel)

Hello, i am 13 year old girl and I am around 45-47 kg I'm not toooo fat nor thin i and my height is around 5 ft for exercise I do kpop dances on repeat for like an 30-40 and sometimes I do some Chloe ting workouts.I want to bring it down to 39 kg But my question is that will I end up having loose skin if I lose this much amount of weight? And how can I prevent from getting loose skin while loosing weight? Please it would be great if anyone can answer this question🙏🙏🙏
