This was a great video Jan! William seems like a very calm and knowledgeable trainer. It was interesting to watch the differences in your personalities but also how they complemented the friendship you have. I'm six years raw so I get not wanting to prepare or cook. I like to eat right when I want without the wait. I eat straight from the tree or vine. My diet is 90% fruits and salads. Trail running, cycling, climbing & calisthenics are my favorite forms of exercise. 30:28 I wish I had access to dip bars like those. the possibilities on those are endless. Great Vlog.

Wow! Logically, I understand how you guys do these exercises, but visually, they just look impossible! My mind does not comprehend how you can do them and not break 😂, so much strength in your shoulders!

I could imagine that food preparation could help you. Cut up the vegetables once a week. Fry some sweet potatoes and zucchini and then you can quickly make a salad with chickpeas, kidney beans and the pre-cut vegetables. If you like those things at all 😅 Maybe you could use it as contest, as simple or borring it may seems. but with the pressure of content it could help, i can imagine but i really can understand the Issue, if you would call it this way
