Hey there, I helped Trevor out with RU-vid. I have the same type of thing going. Your quadriceps are over activated and your hamstrings are under activated. You need to work on massaging out your quadriceps with your fist or a rolling pen and stretching and then working on strengthening those hamstrings. Trevor just released a cool new video which I link below on hamstring strengthening.

is it possible to improve balance when you have a neurological condition? I can't do these exercises without using the wall. I am disappointed, I walk like a drunk, as I walk.
Hi, I helped Trevor out with RU-vid. The answer is yes, but I think you need to start with your improving your sensory inputs and work on 360 breathing and your eyes. I’ll try to link some videos below for you.
