In today's video we take a tour of the Toy and Train Fair which was held on Saturday 18th February 2023 at the new venue, the Matford Centre, near Exeter.
Delighted to have my friend Andy join me again as we discuss the fair, the new venue and what we ended up buying.
There were loads of toy dealers with something for everyone!

Nice to meet you as well Jules. It was an ok show. Got a few bits. But slim pickings for what I mainly collect. Shepton is a bigger show and seems a better mix. My video will be up on Tuesday.

Yay.. I'm in the video twice. Near the front on the cue in the opening shot. Then speaking to Lawrence..... First stall on the left as u walk in. Didn't know u were just behind me... Would of said hello 8)

@@JulesBurt I'm out on the US West Coast, so plenty of major expos and trade shows around, but they're also not really geared towards collectors.

What I see a lot of at toy fairs are toys from b&m and home bargains that have been massively priced-up. Many of which, like the walking dead figures, eventually get reduced to about 2 quid.

It's the way of things, alas..not a lot of that here though, loads of older toys.
