Dear God I ask that you take me out of this pit of fear, anxiety, anger, worry, and everything that is not of you. Please let me feel the peace that only you can give. I long for a breakthrough to know that beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have forgiven me and saved me. I want to have a genuine smile and be truly happy. I pray that you will save and forgive my 6 lost children. I ask these things in your son Jesus holy name.

Wow this is mind-blowing and so very true. I know this from experience. I'm 46 and I know the word of God. but yet, I'm still falling into the pit, and there's times when, I've crawled out, but I'm only out for a little while, and I fall right back in. I don't stumble in. I jump right back in, to the bottom all cut and bruised still doing stupid things, and realizing that I have the power on the authority to not suffer through this and yet I keep you going through it🤦. it's terrible and I need a lot of prayer. I do not want to be in the pit anymore!!! Praying for you all reading this. many blessings to you and your families. Much Love In Christ...D☝️🙏✝️

Our brain gets stuck in a loop. I would do the rubber band on my wrist trick (ouch) every time I had an obsessive thought. And then I would tell myself "I am not doing this today!!!" And just move on with a positive thought. Medical problem fears....just speak facts. Pray to God to remove the negative thoughts. Work on self-care!!!!😍😍😍

Man that hit home for today, an I kept telling myself , stop it an I would tell God , " father I'm sorry , these thoughts keeping going an then I get into more thinking about it an I stop myself", but say I'm sorry an I ask for forgiveness. I told God I wanna take those thoughts captive an asked for him to stomp on them under foot( as I knew it was the devil trying to get at me an I knew an said no I'm not doing this ) in Jesus name. You said get the stress out of your life. But my two grown sons are my stress. I can't get them out of my life. The stress has aged me so much. I like the part, skipping the guilt trip.
