Man, I've been fallin in love with every EXO song I've heard the last few days, I hunt different kpop artists from all "eras" /genres, so often (love my edgy kpop) but haven't heard many songs by EXO until this past weekend,. RU-vid was on autoplay, & one of their full albums started up, think it was of their ballads? Idk it was beautiful relaxing & damn good. I was checking out some other upbeat videos of theirs prior & it was all over from that point on, their my new favorite "Mr right nows" 😂 their sound, voices, style, look, etc is just so... Everything. mm mm mm. Favorite era? Whatever RU-vid has available during my search lmao. Re: subtitles, for kdrama etc, I need them (even tho I'm learning the language & I'll eventually remove them) but when it comes to kpop I just can't have subtitles at all lol 😂 I prefer to "read" the story through the visuals, music, etc I've learned the words to Taemins song "MOVE" just listening to it so much haha omg that song on repeat each day 🙃🤪

I feel like Obsession is their best era. I wasn’t actually there for that era but I was starting to get into exo and kpop during that time. I feel like its the most unique concept that only exo can do. Plus the album is out of this world amazing!!! Listening to that album as a first time kpop listener was such a ride.

My favorite EXO era was in 2015-2016, call me baby - love me right (2015) and monster - lotto (2016), this is EXO concept I was most looking forward to for a comeback, but SM never repeated the concept even though it was a hit, So I just hope that a song like love me right will appear again

ooof, it's really had to choose a favorite EXO era because of all that can encompass and just because EXO is my favorite group. Like the Love Shot repackage is my favorite album of theirs but Obsession has my favorite concept and design (i.e., their outfits, the physical album, storyline stuff). But Ko Ko Bop, Power, and Monster hold a special place for me because Monster was the first EXO song I ever heard & first EXO MV I ever watched, and I got into kpop around the time of Ko Ko Bop and Power. . . . . . yeah, I can't choose! but those are my thoughts and opinions.

My fav or a bit biased era is kokobop era as it was my first comeback and just a chill, very laid back, most colorful era! I LOVED EACH OF THEIR LOOKS SO SO MUCH. The kokobop challenge was fun too, idk about the technicalities of the music/songs objectively but it just was a very feel good era as a fan. Looking forward to how you react to it.

Anyways favorite era... hmm probably Exodus era only because they hype around their comeback with all the individual teasers that SM put out was fire and had everyone going wild. Just for nostalgic reasons though. Visually, probably Lotto or Monster/Lucky One. Chanyeol's red hair... chefs kisses. then again... Suho's red hair in Obsession was also amazing!!
