Rolling Vehicles Junmyeon is as Busch of a main vocal as the other three. He has shown again and again his talent with this solo work. Don’t disregard how as a main vocal in this day and age.
Rolling Vehicles okay sure they are the holy trinity we know that but it’s really disheartening to see that people forget to mention junmyeon in the main vocal line when he has the talent for it. For someone who has little to no knowledge of EXO, I’m actually surprised with your last comments that I don’t usually get from first time EXO reactors (which I watch... a lot): 1. “Their vocals beat most boy bands”- Yes! It’s actually true. No one’s going to give you hate for this because even in Kpop they’re established vocalists and typically regarded as King of Vocals. 2. “Those last 3 dudes, they can sing” - Those 3 are the main vocalists of the group! Hey Bernie, it's a surprise to see you react to EXO, the vocal kings of kpop and this is the truth acknowledged by many other kpop groups in S.Korea. Btw, it is pronounced as Ekso as in you're reading the word "exoplanet" where they derived their group's name and concept. The group has 9 members where 1 member(Lay, a chinese member) can't promote with them cuz of China-Korea dispute, 3 members are currently on mandatory military enlistment(but 2 of them will be discharged soon) and another 3 will enlist soon. All 9 members are great singers, can dance amazingly well and can rap too. They are also known as the king of harmonization. EXO's live oerformances are always on another level and always sets the standards high. They always sings live tho there is a backtrack playing. EXO solo/sub-units' activities are also equally so dope. You need to react to their accoustic session in their concert to believe how great their vocals are. They were trained singing while in a treadmill so they will have vocal stability while doing hard dance choreo and this is all what SM Ent.(their agency) artists had undergone as a trainee. This one you watched is in Tokyo Dome and you cannot perform here if you don't sing live. They also hold the record of the fastest sold out concert in the whole world in just 0.2 sec beating their own record which was 0.4 sec. Pls do have more EXO content and you will never be disappointed in them

He is main vocalist of Exo, dancer and etc. ( the one with high notes in El dorado) With Delight album he became the first solo artist selled 1 million copies in Korea this decade. Really successful soloist and talented ofc with widest vocal range

Their concerts are all live, and I regret that I only met them in 2020. I have heard many bands from China, South Korea, Japan, Europe and the United States, and I also like to appreciate the performances of professional singers (Dimash, Tan Jing, Tengger, Michael Jackson). To be honest, EXO deserves those praises. The main dancer KAI is the number one dancer selected by Korean idols. Check out his tempo foucs. You will regret not having seen it before.

And you already notice the run... That's D.O., one of the main vocal who is R&B king with best run and riff in kpop. The dude belting 2 insanely high notes is Baekhyun who is another main vocal. His range and voice versatility are amazing together with another main vocal - Chen whose range is 4 octuves! All 9 members are great singers, dancers and performers! I have discovered your channel very recently through your reactions of Dimash and Hua Chenyu (my two favorite artists) and it was such a pleasure! I have been into kpop for the first time only a few months ago, when RU-vid suggested me this song : "y si fuera Ella" live, by Jonghyun (member of Shinee). I recommend you to watch or react to this incredible performance, you won't regret it. That's how I discovered Shinee, through Jonghyun (who sadly passed away on December 2017), and I was immediately hooked by their beautiful voices and catchy songs. But their dancing is high quality too. Shinee is from the same company than EXO (SM company) but the group was formed earlier, in 2008, and was immediately very successful. That's why Shinee was a kind of mentor for EXO (and for many other kpop groups it seems). You should definitely watch who Shinee is. I'd love to see you react to them. Love from France 🇫🇷

El Dorado (Which means The gold or the golden one in Spanish) is a mythical city made of gold. The Spanish conquerors started the rumor of the city, after learning of the Indian king El Dorado who, according to the legend, was covered in gold. So what you saw as part of the background in this performance was in the beginning the golden gates of the city were there and as the performance went on the gates opened to reveal the mountain and SM's depiction of what they think the city might look like. That is why EXO was all in gold outfits and I think the lights they danced around were to represent objects they had to navigate through in their search for the city. Finding the city is thought to possibly help to reveal something they need or clues to help them locate the Tree of Life, etc.. At the end when they make the X with the light sticks it's to represent the X in EXO, but it's also to represent the X you would find on a treasure map that marks where the treasure would be. In the end X marks the spot and EXO is the treasure. LOL Legends have it that it's a magical city that can only be found by those who it wants to find it and some stories say it could have something to do with aliens or otherworldly beings. That's why this song works so well for EXO because EXO's origin story is that they are aliens from Planet Exo who came to Earth with superpowers in order to protect the mythical Tree of Life. That's why in this song some of the English lines are "Sail, sail, sail ... got to go, go, go" ... "got to find, find, find ... El Dorado," etc. In real life, explorers and Indiana Jones-type treasure hunters are always searching for the lost city of El Dorado thinking if they ever find it, it will be the key to riches and gold. There have been several fictional movies made about the search for El Dorado and there even have been TV programs and documentaries, etc. about real life explorers who have searched for the city thinking they can prove it was a real place and, at least in part, the stories could be true. I think in reality El Dorado was a Mayan city that was located on or near a gold mine field and so the city and Inca people who lived there were rich with golden objects made from the tribe's gold. So treasure hunters and explores are looking to find the city's location in the hopes of finding the hidden treasure left behind by its ancient inhabitants, etc. EXO's "EL Dorado" performance is also what has been said, inspired Disney to ask SM and EXO to produce the song and MV for "Lightsaber." Disney has also done adaptations of the El Dorado story over the years with its movies and TV shows, etc. This was only one song out of a 4 or 5 song set in a concert where they probably performed 20 to 30 songs for 3+ hours straight. So, if you think this performance was epic, just wait until you see the full concert. :D And yes, this was 100% live. One thing SM Entertainment is known for is their vocal powerhouses and that all of their artists are amazing singers and dancers. They focus heavily on producing some of the best vocalists in the industry. So much so, that even the company's rappers are amazing vocalists. And they are known for the fact that their groups sing live. SM artist train from day one so that they are able to sing live while performing extremely complex choreography and still sound flawless. That is why SM is one of the biggest and most influential entertainment companies in Korea and around the world. SM is the company that created the Kpop industry.
