Rockerdae is a bias wrecker for me! If he did I would have to change my bias from D.O😭. Chen said though one time he won’t sing like that much more since it’s damaging to his voice.

Everybody's gangsta until ROCKDAE comes on stage 😂 I'm pretty sure rapper/rockstar Chen has wrecked every Exo-L at one point or another. "Drop That" is always my gem when I want to feel motivated along with Power and Don't Fight the Feeling. This performance of Drop That is nothing compared to the other performance where we got shirtless Suho full on flexing his biceps. If you want more rockstar Chen then I'd highly recommend "Uprising". That song is a gem❤

To answer your question on vocals. SM their company is known for vocals. They train everybody in vocals. Doesn’t matter of your position. That’s why every member can sing. This also goes to EVERY SM group. This is one reason why I’m a SM stan. They don’t depend on crazy production to hide. But when they do you get this type of show. That’s why they are vocal kings. If you love vocals. React to SHINee. EXO seniors. Fun fact Suho was suppose to be SHINee. Crazy.

Kai's contract - as the others - means that yes he is there doing live vocals and he is seen at some points in the concert, just not in this energetic stage. Their contracts are quite severe in that respect - pretty much only a serious injury is accepted as a reason not to perform. Kai also missed one when there was a problem with his passport (SM's fault) when he couldn't fly with the others. The members are only paid if they are there - quite common and actually reasonable, but I remember Kai saying once he would be fined as the Main Dancer if he did not perform when SM thought he was able. I can't remember when he said that, so perhaps I am mis-remembering, but I'm pretty sure he did. They have to be so fit to perform at the standard they do, as you noted, they are amazingly fit and well trained. By the way, they said they would be doing a World Tour when they are back together next year. You might have to buy a plane ticket, though - the UK may not be included. I hope SM see that they have an audience here.

Not gonna lie, I'm so freaking happy right now that Simon was able to pick out that the guitar playing in the beginning was GROWL. A lot of content makers are like, ooh what song is that. It makes me giddy happy that you recognized it immediately. You are truly and EXO-L.....so good. LOL Simon! How did you not see that coming from Chen in DROP THAT?!? You have already reacted to this song in a different perfomance vid. I was totally expecting you to already be bracing yourself for his highnote rapping. If fact, I have one last live performance of these songs, but in a japan concert from their EXO Planet #2 concert that i would love for you to watch, only cuz there is a lot of fun and funny stuff that the guys do and you really get to see their stamina and perfect stability while full on running and jumping nonstop, not to mention the amount of bare chests. I'll put it up in suggestions when im done here. And its a concert Kai was able to dance and participate in as he wasn't injured at the time. OMG I love your faces, gaping open mouthed, when keep on dancing started. I love this set performance so much. It still BLOWS ME AWAY everytime i watch their perfomances how STABLE their live vocals really are. Baek just got down jumping and running and then he sings, sounds perfect.....just wth.

I understand your point. When I started to know them, watching their live concerts, I kept on replaying certain parts where they were running and singing perfectly. I even raised the volume to listen carefully. I understand completely they definitely need the backing track but the fact that we can still hear the live vocal clear with the perfect notes, that amazes me every time. I wish they can perform until they all can only just stand or sit on the stage.

Siempre se a dicho que la manera de formar idols de SM es de las mas estrictas, son idols que debutan o no luego de mucho tiempo, Suho tardo 7 años en hacerlo, cuantos idols de 12 años de trayectoria conoces que aun tomen clases de canto? I love how surprised people on their new EXO journey are when they discover a new "personality" of EXO lol Once you start doing album reactions, you'll be able to get a better feel for the group because their b-sides show the complete story of this group's vibe. Also if you see fans mention wanting Chen to come out with a rock album, I am hoping you check out Chen's performance for "Uprising" and you'll be able to see why lol It's only a minute and 44 seconds and wasn't a proper single sadly but it's so good and will show you another side of him. I always tell people who are learning about the members of EXO to not let Chen fool you. He is a lil angel most of the time but there is a saucy and sassy man in there lmao Plus he's part of the beagle line for a reason 😂

Guys this is how Chen is during concerts especially during hype parts. Chen is really energetic when its not a ballad song. That's even why he's part of the Beagle line along with Chanyeol and Baek. I often forget it myself because he's always so calm when singing ballads...

No matter how many times I've seen EXO concerts, it always boggles my mind how the eff did they do jumping around and still vocally stable from start to the end of the concert. This is one of the reasons why I really find ways to get a VIP ticket. Seeing them perform up close and knowing that it's really their voices I'm hearing double the experience.

Actually most vocal compilation these days include only 4th and 5th generation. If you go to old compilation videos of 2nd and 3rd generation, you'll always find SM groups especially Exo. They have good control over their breath control and have great stamina. SM groups practice vocals while running on treadmill and sometimes even running live, each individual method practice harmony. There's actually some videos of SHINee practing like that too.

This concert was truly amazing. Also, you may know, but Chen recently released a Japanese album called Polaris. The songs in the album called Break Out and Free World (my favorite) are in rock style. I definitely recommend you listen to it.

Well saying Chen can be a rocker is true. Since he is in Baekhyun's company and Baekhyun himself can also be a rocker, they could do a rock album with Chanyeol in a guitar, drum, piano, etc and to include Xiumin in it. Wouldnt be nice? It wiuld be a hit, knowing the West love rock and roll!
