MV's are great but live are the best, esp. their vocals. They're known for having great vocals in kpop, each member have diff. Colors that made them perfect. You can see the versatility of this group in their genre also individual songs.
Aside from the fact that Exo are the Kings of Kpop 3rd Gen. They are also the Vocal Kings. They are that one group that all members are vocalists, rappers and dancers. Their choreos seems easy cause they execute them smoothly but it's actually hard. They are known for synchronized dancing and harmonization. A well-rounded and powerhouse group. As an army of 2014 and exo-l since 2012 I gotta say when it comes to actual vocals and singing, EXO ranks higher. We have Jungkook with a voice of gold and v's deep voice, and Jimins high notes.......but EXO has always been on another level -considering most of the group is the vocal line while BTS is more split with more rappers.- I would say BTS is stronger in lyrics/messages and concepts and rapping, while EXO is stronger in singing and dancing and harmonies. Basically both are great groups with great songs and great dances :DDD They are friends and so should we

As you may know the current six members Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, Kai and Sehun have made a group comeback before their leader Suho had to enlist which was July 14th 2020 following Baekhyun, Chen and Chanyeol enlistments sometime next year. That will leave the two youngest members Kai & Sehun to work on duo and solo projects on top of kai being part of SuperM unless they decide to enlist early like their group member D.O did beginning of 2019. *My biases are Kai, Baekhyun, Lay and Sehun but I love & support the whole group.* The more I watch it, the concept and lyrics gives me lotto and monster era feels about a "Man's obsession with his lover" but in reverse especially in the beginning when the voice echo says "Oh I want you". After listening to the digital album, I was obsessed with it before it even came out and I couldn't wait; it's the title track of EXO's 6th album with the same name ‘OBSESSION’. This song brings trap bass blend with synthwave and jazzy accapella influences similar to their 2018 track "Tempo" with a vocal refrain running throughout the song. Lyric-wise it comes as a warning toward an ex-lover or friend, corrupt media, especially SAESANGS and ANTIs to stay away avoiding entitlement which is a constant issue among the kpop community.
