As there are 100's & 100's & 100's of hidden nuggets... Pointing to Yeshua. There were mercy seats on , (i assume.). on most crucifixs' the crosses ppl.
Before Christ came in the flesh the relationship with God was physical. It required physical work/worship. With Christ it is more spiritual. When we get to heaven with Him it will be both but it won’t feel like work because sin will be gone.
Jesus was "THE Scapegoat" ....like in the OldT. .when the Day of Attonement or Yom Kippor...the hebrew holiday. So interesting & ALL pointing to Jesus.
