Things are improving, but it does take time. But they need to diversify more instead of all having the same kind of jobs. That's how real progress will be made.

A big part I think will be the time frame. Highways take at best 5-10 years for a state in America (pretty big place), but america has a system. It will take time to establish good morals and systems but in that time some ppl will get lazy or see others do well and quit. But I believe in 21st century we will come together and Africa as well will control the prices of their resources.

Japan is already one of the oldest countries by age of its people, they do not have enough young people. They should rely on foreigners at some point or their entire economy will collapse soon. and they make it for that reason, very easy for well educated people to enter the country with working visa

this is not the real reason you leave your countries. You have problems much worse than having your coast fished by foreign boats (partly they even pay for it). You have a bad government and no education for women. Educated women do not have that many kids if they cannot sustain them.
