What's up Agents! I was able to get the Capacitor at the Summit in Hard difficulty (Any difficulty will do). You just need to complete any 5 Summit challenges to get this exotic. 3 Tactical and 2 Ascent. You can select any challenges as you complete 5 of it.
Here are the Summit Challenges I chose.
Tactical
35 Headshot Kills
35 Skill Kills
10 Elite Headshot Kills
Ascent
Completed 3 Floors without agent being downed
Completed 3 Floors without losing all your armor
