Icefall Mantle is my interest. It’s been an easy quick Sanguine-style weapon boost for me, but that mobility was too great a hit. I think Bungie really-really missed the Stasis Boat ignoring ice-skating, or actual stasis; I want a sliding, parkour, Movement Boost from an Ice themed power and if Stasis AoE could Hold or Freeze player health, then it opens new plays Warlock healing does not.
Looking forward to that Renewal Grasps build. With Whisper of Chains and a few others, there's a case for a pure Stasis hunter setup, rather than Prismatic. Either way, the great thing about Stasis is that it reliably stuns 2/3 champions, so you just need something for barriers, and Wicked Implement will cover that nicely.
TL;DR: CRLC goes hard. I usually main warlock and haven't played my other classes since last year (I know, it sounds crazy when I think about it), but I'm running through the legendary campaign with my titan rn with cadmus ridge lancecap and it turns you into an absolute wrecking machine. I had messed around with it for a minute back when it first came out, but apparently I never really pushed how hard it could go. Nothing feels like it's legendary unless I make a stupid mistake like forgetting where spawns are. Definitely slept on.
I’m thinking a void titan with severance enclosure could be fun with the artifact mods I’m super excited to see how that works, weakening and volatile explosions with dr and invis could go hard
Appreciate the video. Decided to take (another) break from Destiny come Episode Revenant, but considering Stasis is one of my favorite Subclasses, and it’s finally getting some love, would be criminal for me not to build craft a bit.
Wrathweaves…..I’m praying here, but double shatter damage from any source on top of super regen? Shit I haven’t seriously used that super in so long, but iirc depending on how the supers attacks are casted, like song of flame, there may be an optimal way that it actually comes up a bit in total damage. Hopping it’s on par with glacial
In some ways, icefall looks like it got nerfed; what I mean is they are removing the custom overshield that gave 62.5% damage reduction and replacing it with frost armor, which is like 36% at max. But who knows, maybe some of the other changes made to it will make up for it; however, I'm honestly looking at mask of the quiet one with it's devour change.
Its huge buff 1 . Movement 2. Stasis kills give small amount of health 3.your class ability will immediately start recharging after getting max frost armor.
@@itztizzle they are a little better now with frost armor and alright if you play passively outside the duskfield, but playing aggressively inside the duskfield is terrible bc the DR isn't good enough to tank stronger enemies in stuff like GMs. for onslaught a more passive play-style is solid though i find lancecap way way better.
@@joshcramer2511This. Prismatic Titan has huge survivability issues and since most Prismatic Titans run Twilight Arsenal anyway… Mask of The Quiet one will be a very welcome addition.
@@osamasayed5711 Cap, I've soloed multiple gms with it under-light with lag on console and it did fine. It wasn't anything spectacular, but it wasn't "dogshit and barely usable." However, I don't think they killed it like the person above you said, and as much I liked the overshield and surges, I welcome whatever changes they made to it.
@@osamasayed5711Yeah idk about that one chief. The rework is welcome but it’s definitely not definitively better. Current Icefalls let you stack frost armour with the overshield while having that juicy damage buff, making them very good for any kind of dps rotation featuring stasis weapons. Once the rework goes through, they’ll be more globally usable but they’ll lose their place in damage builds. A lot of people will mindlessly think Icefalls will be amazing next episode because of all the artifact synergy. Once we move on to Heresy we’ll be able to compare Icefalls to their pre Revenant state and see what was ultimately best. But in general, I’m guessing Icefalls in their current state are actually better for hard content specifically. The immediate overshield pop is far more helpful to your survivability than just getting frost armour. Paired with the x4 damage boost that helps clean up ads more, where as the rework will give us the benefit of small amounts of health back on rapid kills but those rapid kills might not be so easy to come by in hard content for the small benefit of minor healing.
