Recipe:
2 3oz (80 gram) Paisanos Blend patties
Caramelized onions
Chopped seasoning
3-cheese blend (cheddar, jack, smoked gouda)
Green Leaf Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Gochujang aioli
MAKE:
325 degrees
Heat 1 teaspoon oil for each patty
Place patties on oil, cover each pattie with a piece of parchment paper and smash.
Add buns to grill and toast until golden brown..
Add caramelized onions to the grill.
Flip patties, add onions plus chopped cheese seasoning mix.
Chop until even pieces.
Add cheese and mix together until melted
Take of grill and let rest (remove any excess oils you don’t want)
BUILD:
Squeeze gochujang aioli on bottom bun.
Add a tomato slice and 1 piece of lettuce.
Shape meat mixture and place on top of lettuce.
Sauce the top.
Place the bun on top.
Serve with fries.
GOCHUJANG AIOLI:
1 cups Mayo
2.5 Tablespoons gochujang
1 Teaspoon rice vinegar
2 garlic cloves (microplane)
Salt and white pepper to taste
1. Add everything to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
2. Taste and add any additional salt pepper needed.
