Hi!Just loved this in detail and funtastic video!😍 I’m now planning a trip there. Is it completely safe to take a road trip by ourselves in South Africa?
I would not say completely.. hence drive during day time and dont take very secluded routes. Famous spots and highways are safe. Whole day vehicles are running regularly. We did self driving and followed the above precautions Garden route is quite popular worldwide..so u wont face much difficulties on it.
As a Pakistani I fully support love and respect South Africa and its beautiful people from Pakistan 🙂. May Allah SWT bless South Africa and its beautiful people from Pakistan 🙂
Your vibrant videos, vivid explanation along with detailed cost and travel analysis depicts your dedication and love towards travelling. I'm from India and I haven't travelled abroad until now. I'm getting married soon and I'd definitely like to visit S.Africa with my spouse and I'd like to say that I'm inspired because of this video. Thanks for making these videos, all the best in all your endeavours, Peace🕊️✌️.
Most helpful video I have found so far for planning my trip with family. A mix of nature, city, food, adventure, wildlife everything. Can you please tell which month did you travel? I see you had to miss a few places because of the rain. We're planning March first week.
Wow. Epic adventure guys, whale watching, sharks and penguins seem to be the highlights of the trip. Awesome experience.nice and very inspiring.. so south is definitely next on the bucket list now
You made such a great video and with so much useful information... Can you please tell which is the perfect time to visit South Africa and do all these activities including the the best time to spot maximum animals in the game drives?
I absolutely loved this video as someone who is planning a trip to SA! Thanks a lot for the sharing it such an informative yet fun way!! Can you please let me know what months did you choose to visit SA? Looking for some advice here. Thanks :)
Thank you for your lovely comment! I'm glad you found the video informative and enjoyable. When planning your trip to South Africa, I would suggest considering late November to early December as a great time to visit. The weather during this period is usually pleasant, with mild temperatures and fewer tourists compared to the peak season. It allows you to explore the stunning landscapes and vibrant cities of South Africa at a more relaxed pace. Wishing you an incredible adventure in SA! Safe travels and enjoy every moment!
One of the forest areas where you guys were walking lonely... The forest area with brown leaves... Are there ways to know that these areas are safe to walk
Where did u base yourself in Kruger park ? Was it in Skukuza or outside the Kryger park ?? And also could you please share some pics of the stays in kruger ?
Thank you for watching my videos and reaching out to me for advice. Regarding Sun City, it ultimately depends on your personal preferences. If you enjoy activities such as golfing, safaris, and water sports, Sun City could be a worthwhile destination. However, if those activities do not interest you, you may want to consider other destinations in South Africa.
Hi - very interesting video! We are also planning an SA trip in February - will that be a good time? If not what are the best destinations according to you to plan in February - which are least crowded. Also is it easy to find Jain/Veg food in all the towns and areas in SA?
Hi Savvy, Your Video is very informative and helped me to plan my first South Africa trip, I have a small quarry can you please answer it? As a Indian Driving License holder do I have to get International Driving Permit for driving rented cars in South Africa?
Hello! I'm glad my video helped you plan your first trip to South Africa. In terms of driving in South Africa, having an International Driving Permit (IDP) is generally recommended as it serves as an English translation of your driving license. However, if your Indian driving license is already in English, you may be good to go without an IDP
Very nice & informative video. Great itinerary. One query…Is International Driving Permit (IDP) must for hiring a car rental in South Africa? Should one carry an IDP from India itself?
Certainly, your driving license will suffice. I had the same uncertainty when I traveled, but I found that an International Driving Permit wasn't necessary.
Thank you so very much Savvy. I really appreciate your efforts to reply to my query. I am going to South Africa for 2 weeks with my family for a vacation in Jan 24 first week. If you have any tips for me…do reply. Thanks once again😊
We are visiting SA soon and your videos are saving us so much time!! Really insightful, thanks for your work. Any info on what vaccines to take? We are also visiting Ethiopia so a little concerned. Did you take any vaccination? Please let me know 🙂
HI. .I have 1 question. .While booking a rental car online. .i am choosing full coverage. .i mean with full insurance , wavier etc. . question1 - is it good to book online before reaching there/ 2- if i book online, will i have to deposit any amount after reaching there. .if yes. .how much will they require as deposit from my credit card ? 3. wht will be good for me in case of credit card .i mean how much credit limit will be better ??
Hi! It's a good idea to book your rental car online before you arrive. Companies usually ask for a deposit when you pick up the car. This deposit can be around R3000 to R5000, but it varies. Make sure your credit card has enough limit to cover this deposit plus the cost of the rental and your other travel expenses.
Nice video. I'm staying in South Africa since few months & have explored most of the wildlife destination in North. Do check out my vlogs if you get time. Will explore South in coming months.
The itinerary mentioned here contains multiple activities & a lot of destinations. Costs can be customized as per the destinations & activities planned. All breakup is given at the end of video under budget section. u can choose that as a reference to bring the costs down.
Started your video with lots of excitement.. but soooo disappointed. The video is not informative at all. One can't call it a travel guide😢. Total waste of 20 mins
