This comment section is unnecessarily toxic towards Exotics Lair. This was supposed to be some light hearted banter and y'all took it to a place it wasn't intended to go.

Exotics, kat, petko, and a few other tarantula RU-vidrs are actually pretty good friends, they just like messing with each other 😂

I see a bunch of people commenting "omg so many people took this too seriously" "they are so salty towards it" or "the commentors are so toxic" but I'm not seeing ANY of the comments they are referring to besides a couple of sarcastic remarks feeding into the joke that petko and exotics lair are making themselves... me thinks these comments are trying to start a drama unto themselves with unnecessary outrage

To trigger Petko, use the plastic spider “skeleton” with rib cage abdomen or the plastic skeleton spider with human skull for carapace you see during Halloween as a hide 😂

When the two smartest kids in class have different answers

Leave it to fans to try to make this into a conflict. Petko and Exotics are both cool-ass people bantering back and forth. Kids these days don't know the value of some good banter between pals. They have mutual respect, which is more than can be said about the fans, smh.

I only found the Dark Den channel because of Exoctics Layer's channel. (2+ Years Ago). Petko is at least 2 feet taller and at least 85 pounds heavier than Exotics.

As a side note, RU-vid had unsubscribed me from your channel I didn’t know until I realized it had been a while since I had seen any videos, so I resubscribed and turned notifications back on. I finally got my first T yesterday (a juvenile Pink Toe, they didn’t have specific species, so I’ll know once it matures. I also don’t know if it’s male or female yet, but I named it Jiji because I have a forest scorpion named Binx, so it sticks to my black cat naming conventions) you were one of the first channels I started following, along with Exotics and Tarantula Kat. You three have taught me so much about keeping tarantulas and have helped me overcome my aversion to these beautiful creatures. Thank you for being informative and for your dedication and appreciation to such amazing and misunderstood beings. 💕

8:23 but how!?!? How did it jump and immediately magnetize itself to the cup? It jump so far away from the cup and literally just gravitated to it. Even in slow motion it looks like she was magnetized to it.

Missed opportunity. When you mentioned tarantula relationships being one-sided, could have shown some of Exotic's clips of his tarantulas terrorizing him...

I don't like the exotic lair guy. I use to watch him and enjoyed his videos but then I saw him try to.mate his spiders. He openly admits he doesn't like males and gets them killed all the time in mating videos. Between him and his friend screaming and shouting and proding the males basically pushing them into the jaws of females. I unsubscribed and never watch again. I can't cope with his add now either. In short he treats his male spiders horribly and it makes me sick.

Exotic lair used to be cool to watch but i find his videos very repetitive in what he says now and very cringey and too much ego. And in my opinion it was a sly diss definitely. Petko is the man.

@Exotics Lair : use pothos (www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/pothos/pothos-plant-care.htm), it doesn't need extra light to do well in enclosures. I have it in most of my spider enclosures and have no lights either. I regularly have to cut it down because it grows really well.
