If you don’t have a job when you land , come without family , stay as a roommate . This could save money and give a peace of mind . After finding a job and a home for rent you can bring them here

I just have a few questions. will canada give me visa( i am central govt employee in India, salary 50,000+, simple educational background) ? Everyone says about high skilled professionals. But what about those indians who, work as a driver ( truck, car etc), work in shops, in malls, in restaurants, i mean, work that don't require skills. Hey @dream abroad: that was very well put. It's definitely not easy to get into the flow here. Specially the things you had taken for granted back home, like going out anytime to get something, it's not possible here. You will need to locate the proper store where you get the grocery that you are used to back home. Right from learning how to read the bus timing app, to drive, dress right every small small thing has to be spent time on & learnt.... There's no easy way.... Also wanted to add that you are allowed to get your necessary utensils from back home, just manage the luggage limit so that you don't end up spending too much on them in Canada.Thanks again for putting out the amazing vedios.

If you have a decent paying job in your home country and you can make ends meet, keep a roof over your head and your family is healthy , happy and getting a good education then really think twice about what you are sacrificing to go to Canada, rental for two bedroom nice apartment is around $1600 but more in Toronto where salary is best. Child care if two parents work is expensive as is university fees for each child . Average cost of a house in Toronto is 1million dollars , usually 20% down payment is required so do the math, Toronto property prices are crazy making it very hard for the younger people to own a home . If you value your extended family , culture and are happy with your life stay home or bring everyone with you 🙏.
@rsrs6959
@rsrs6959 4 года назад
Thank you for being honest and sharing the truth! Just will emphasize that if you already own a home, have a paid off home in India, then think 100 times before moving, because like Mick Kly mentioned that home ownership and rent is very expensive.

stop with those kinda thumbnails who thinks it's really super difficult to move to Canada. Assuming you want to study then just opt for a public college or institution and make sure you go for a 2 year study option which will get 3 years of post-graduation work permit. after getting the work permit just do a 1 year of a full-time job and apply for PR as you will be having enough points to get it. Follow the rules like doing part-time job while studying only for 20 hr/week. The rejection or refusal of permits as far as i have seen is only because of not submitting appropriate documents or not submitting enough certificates or transcripts (If you know what i mean) . In my view getting a permit or PR in canada is an easy process compared to other countries.

Try not to compare USA with Canada .. both countries are poles apart ... while canada is based out of socialist model, USA is based on capitalism. So if you are a techie, no place to beat USA. if you are a generalist, then canada is OK, provided you are willing to put up the struggle in the initial years.

No way. I am in New Zealand and I know how hard it is. A few years back it was really but getting residency in New Zealand is very hard now. You can get a student visa and then 3 years of open work visa but after that you have to leave. There is almost 0 percent chance to get a PR in NZ through the new rule. But if you get PR life is very easy. A bit expensive than Australia but it is reasonable. Very nice weather. People are friendly but a good amount of them are some how do not like immigrants. Any way it will bother you. Life is pretty much easy in NZ if you get PR but this is almost impossible now. There is 99 percent chance that you have to go out of this country.

@@phil5689 Everything is fantastic except getting residency. Even from the middle of this year getting work permit will be harder. So if you can't live permanently there is no need to come to nz.

Well people that go to canada as a dream usually are born in struggle and poverty, so it means nothing. Weather Can be hard... but nobody lives in the street. Yeah it’s expensive? BUT It’s relative ! cause a basic job will cover a basic life, just like an expensive salary would cover an expensive life. BUT ones salary NEVER covers ones expenses unless you’re Asian ( Asians master the art of working,saving and not spending not even in clothes, cars, vacation ) And why is it that people that immigrate to USA and CANADA never go back to their country unless they have earned and saved enough money to put a business on their own home country??

Deepa Deshpande Delivery is much more expensive than in other countries where you can get anything delivered at any time of day or night. Families tend to go grocery shopping once a week and cook a meal once they get home from work. You can easily access a variety of foods in the larger cities. It is a tiring schedule since most parents both work. Spouses need to be prepared to split household jobs if both are working. Medications are not covered in all provinces. Getting a job where you can pay into a health benefit program is really important especially if you have a family for dentists, glasses, medication, etc. Getting a family doctor and seeing a specialist really depends on the city/province. There are millions without a family doctor who rely on walk-in clinics. Expect to wait months to see most specialists. Some waits can be much longer and sometime you get lucky and it is only 1-2 months. The Canadian medical system is much better at dealing with acute issues versus chronic conditions. Expect to wait numerous hours if you go to the ER. This most serious always go first. Childcare is extremely expensive. Quebec is the one exception if you get a subsidized spot. In Toronto many parents are paying $1800+ for a daycare. There are lower fees for home daycare. If parents are working you need to budget for after school care because school ends mid-afternoon. Some must also pay for childcare before school. There are lots of activities available and children do get together for play dates. People tend to be very busy during the week so quality time with your children is on the weekend. Many pay a cleaning service to come for a few hours every week or second week to help with the cleaning. There is still lots of domestic chores to be done. Many have arrived from their home countries have been lucky enough to have cleaners, cooks, gardeners, drivers at very low cost. That isn’t the case in Canada. It is really important for spouses to agree that they will both help in running the house especially if they both work. Car insurance can be very expensive so that is something to look into. It often varies based on where you live. Brampton is one of the most expensive areas for car insurance. Traveling within Canada and abroad is expensive. We don’t have discount carrier like other countries. People often only have 2-3 weeks of holiday time per year.
