Dear sir, everything you said in this video is true. My son has dual citizenship, German/US. After living in Asia for some years, he decided to move his family to Germany. His expectations were high but the reality hit him like a brick. Basically, he encountered the hardships you mentioned but the hardest to deal with is the Germany bureaucracy. I lived in Germany 50 years ago but returned to the US after 10 years of residing there. I can go on to list the many reasons why I chose not to remain in Germany but basically racism had a lot to do with my decision. I’m of Hispanic descent but it was evident to me that I would always be an “Ausländerin” and treated as such. I never felt at home 😢. I told my son: “the grass in not always greener on the other side of the fence”. Oh, BTW, I think most German people speak English except for maybe the older ones. At least they did when I lived there, especially the young students. Before anyone gets offended, yes, I know, if you live in Germany, you must then speak German. However, English is the universal language. Greetings from west Texas 🌞🌵🌻😎
I think the biggest issue is back home we have false expectations of what life is like abroad. Partly because of Hollywood movies & also because people who've lived abroad, saved for a year & come to Kenya over Christmas also love to 'fake' the lifestyle. So, we come thinking that money is flowing & just living abroad means all your problems are solved. I would say, don't trust social media & the flashy lifestyle you see from people. Many of them aren't genuine with what they've done to get the stuff they're flaunting. It's the same in Kenya, there are many people who drive expensive cars but it's not clear how they're able to afford them. We simply need to have more realistic expectations. Abroad isn't heaven, but it isn't the worst place to live either. As for having Kenyan friends, I'd say choose them wisely. Not everyone will destroy you, but if you're not careful you will end up a mess. Same with friends from other countries. Choose your friends wisely & they will build you up instead of destroying you
He's not focusing on negatives..he's giving u the reality and if u choose to come here u will be better informed.....Trust me if many of us knew what he's saying without experiencing it..we would have picked other countries to settle.........he's saving u from experiencing the negative so even if u choose to still come u would work against those negatives beating u down while here and come out victorious...he's doing u guys a big favor......People need to stop viewing reality as negative ....Rather use it as a guide
germany is not so rich in living honestly, a team from Migratecompass made me aware of this. It's better to move Finland or Switzerland or other Schengen country. Switzerland am currently planning for my masters, their schools are so cheap and perfect
I have a friend in Finnland she has to work had too because money doesn’t grow from the trees 🌴 if you came to Europe put the foundation first learn the learn but we just rush for money to show people in Afrika that we are in Europe
jikaze buda...... msee akitoka home aende abroad any country ni ngori......me niko india, language barrier inanifanyia ile kitu. kuachieve basic staffs like ku order uber its very dificult. hata ukienda kwa shop unataka kununua sabuni buda uta sweat tangu uexplain sabuni huyo shopkeeper aelewe...🤣
I am in Ireland accomodation ni noooooooma but jobs are available the system is nice and Ofcourse being an English speaking country Uuuh!I better stick my ass here and just visit other states though Europe is Europe at the end of the day😂😂😂.
Wazungu atawakiwa na manyumba ama mangari za juu juu eehhee 😂 nimandeni tu 😂 they pay until wazeeke... Na chakula nimikate wakisave zakulipa mandeni😂😂😂 huku Germany ni mungu tu.. Rogers tell them the truth it will set them free!!!
mnauzia watu baridi sana at the end of the day no matter what the issue maisha germany iko fiti kuliko kenya. watu wa majuu mnapenda kutishia watu sana anyway irris wah irris.
So true....Avoid your countrymen even in US. A fellow Kenyan that pretended to be "homeless" called police on me when I asked them to leave my house. I'll come from work and find my house upside down. Now I never even say hi 👋 to Kenyans coz they've ruined my life in America.
Hapa west first ni Mama then paka then mbwa alafu ww mwanaume last! Na ukija na mangaa the system will take you off grid! Unakalia makende tu ukivumiia! Takes time to mix with this wazungus but in time when you get your grove you can’t get them to disappear! It’s all or nothing nime patana na few bunny boilers in my life time hawa wachiki kabisa
So many come here and never make it.Africans are known for laziness here there is no time for gossip or bisiting someone without appointment or any important think. Most kenyans end up to be alcoholica. If you want to come ,be ready to work work work and paying bills
Name of the game on Germany is to stack value skills until you get to out of the month to month. As well as to understand how to get paid. Example roofer upgrade qualified solar installer upgrade self employed installer with a small team Example it helps desk upgrades it systems engineer upgrade SAP Hana consultant

He isn't a pessimist he is telling you the bitter truth of living in Germany. Germany is also among top ten countries with highest rate of suicide in the world. However if you are struggling in Kenya try your luck in Germany.

Very bad attitude from an African. How do you avoid a fellow African just because he is African. Change your mindset and attitude Rogers. Good and evil people are everywhere .
Waah. In 2019, I was planning to come study pharmacy in Germany. But I had to study the German language and work out on other formalities though it never worked out. Great to learn this from you. All the best in your endeavours.
