Thanks. Quick update for you. The noise on open highways with wind can be annoying. Traveling across the open plains especially. At times I had to keep the truck under 65 just so I didn’t go crazy. Most of the time it’s not an issue. All the best!
I've been looking for a roof rack for my dodge ram... Will this rack fit 2008 4500 ram truck? I agree with you on the supplied tool for the rivnuts it's crap I went the extra mile and purchased the actual rivnut tool for some of the application I needed for my truck works very well... I don't know about the anchors you used! Also the video could have been a little more detailed for some of the other viewers over all good job.... Thanks....
Not sure if it would fit the 4500. Would have to call Expedition-One and ask. The anchors are doing pretty good. The rack isn’t going anywhere and we’ve been beating the truck hard since the install. And thanks for the feedback!
I have a Tundra Crewmax TRD Off Road 2010. I want to put a rack in the bed but not exceed the height of the cabin, probably put a "roof tent" What model do you recommend?. What do you think about putting a rack over the bed cover?.
