Have you tried Divine Vanille from Essential Parfums? You will LOVE it!! It's an affordable niche fragrance house. If you love Herod you will love Divine Vanille!
Fantastic list!!. I have and Love so many of these. I'm obsessed with Dulce Diablo. To me it smells like Baileys Irish cream (my favorite celebratory drink) and apricots. In place of Harod, I have Lune Feline by Atelier des Ors. In place of your fragrce for cold season with dates, I LOVE Rouge Saray by Atelier des Ors. It's sweet, smoky, gooey and has that middle eastern flare.
Hello Jax! Omg, yesssss!!! These are all worth the money. I have most of the fragrances mentioned, Thameen being the exception which I haven’t smelled, and Narcotica Dulce Diablo which I don’t have a full bottle yet. But yes, they’re definitely full price worthy.
This is a great topic and I am 100% Delina Exclusif forever. I am not around many people in general but I have random people asking me what I'm wearing nearly every time I have it on. Herod is 10/10 too and SDV! Great picks! Random question: If you were starting your collection over, would you do anything differently? I was sick of Herod and gave it to my son. Don't want to smell like tobacco anymore. I decluttered my Ivory Route bottle as soon as I got it. I couldn't stand that fragrance. However, I'm obsessed with Dolce Diablo and Velvet Tonka right now, I'll repurchase them again and again.
Love Veronica. Good video. I have my eye on a fragrance at Herrods that, gulp, is outrageous. I can’t bring myself to even say how much, and it’s impossible to get samples. Sigh. I think my most expensive is Frederick Malle carnal flower or maybe it was serge lutens fleur d’oranger, I don’t know I have price amnesia 😂 and I have replaced already, so well worth it.
Oh my goodness, I can only really think of one fragrance that I would pay full price for, I try to only buy second hand/discounted. Why not give a fragrance a new home where they will be loved again, if someone has decided that they have had their time with it? But, I would totally pay full price for Mandorle; my husband got it for me for the holidays, and I'm obsessed. I don't really want to be without it anymore, since I got it. Starting to be in the mood for more spring fragrances, but I might still get some wears out of it before I think it will get too hot for it. There are others I absolutely love, but I still don't think I would get them full price.
I have over half of the fragrances you mentioned and I couldn’t agree with you more! Great list! 😊. Also, I have to agree with you that Herod lasts all day (at least on me), so it always baffles me when I see so many comments about poor performance.
Hi Jackie, I agree with all of these perfumes with the exception of Guerlains S Double Vanille. I blind purchased it and sent it straight back. It smelled off on me. Through the cap I loved it but on skin it was terrible. I got a sample of Perregrina and it was nice but not full body worthy in my opinion. All of your other mentions are LOVES of mine. I purchased Dulce Diablo because of you and it’s my favorite besides Angels Share. I don’t know if I could pick! Herod and Dates Delight are incredible as well. Thanks for making this video, it’s fun to watch. I love Veronica, she’s so funny. We are actually neighbors! Well, by about 25 miles. It’s nice to have a content creator that lives close to you and who you trust in what they say. I feel the same about you!❤

I agree with all your choices. The only one I can't relate to is Dolce Diablo, simply because I haven't found it anywhere in store to try here in Dubai. Would definitely love to put my nose to that one.
Hi Jackie, Angels Share has been number 1 for me for a long time and yes, nothing could beat it. But... I just got Tony Iommi by Xerjoff. I can't say it beat Angels Share as I need colder weather to give it full wear, but they are competing now. Or both on the 1st place 😊. Give it a try, I think you will at least like it as my tastes are about 80% similar to yours.

I have Velvet tonka and adore it! My most expensive one to date though is the ones I most recently got : PDM Oriana and Maison Crivelli Hibiscus Mahajad Extrait De Parfum OOPS!!!
Spiritueuse was a love and obsession at first sniff for me! My mind was blown, i love it so much! Its in my top 3 for life! In fact its #1 for me...but it toggles with Lira, and Si Fiori. Then Herod, Escapade Gourmande, Tihota, Si Intense Black, Miss Dior 2017 & 2020, Kayali Vanilla 28, Si original, then La Nuit Tresor A La Folie, Black Opium Nuit Blanche, Bouqet Ideale, and Love & Crime those are my top 15 for life! I do wish SDV was stronger in projection and sillage and longevity, if i was rich I would douse myself in it all day everyday! Lol...the best dupe I've found is Juliannas Perfume Double Decandance! Double Decandance is 90% the same, very close and the best dupe I've found, and I've tried every single dupe of SDV, trying to find a cheaper option. Try Double Decandance! Don't knock dupe houses, because if you love Spiritueuse you will love Double Decandance, all other dupes I've tried are too heavy on the cedar and it ruins it.
Herod is such a gem 💎 I blind bought it for my husband. We both love it, every time he wears it I bury my nose into his neck. It’s an absolute masterpiece.

I have most of the scents from this list, including the engraved SDV, what I don’t have : Herod (def getting it for next fall, I love it), velvet tonka- just not my vibe, peregrina - (I tried it and did mot get the hype, I wasn’t even sure what I was smelling but def nothing mind bending… will try again), dulce diablo - never tried, sounds amazing, need a sample stat, Delina - I hate the original and the exclusif versions, I have the La Rosée and still trying to make friends with her. Kilian love don’t be shy- I had no idea there was an extreme version, does it smell similar? I own the original love, back when it came in the black bottle with very deep colored juice, but I don’t have any love for it, my husband ruined it for me right when I first got it. He said it smelled like the Pez candy and that’s it, it got stuck in my brain and that’s all I smell now. It’s been at least 5 years and I think I have only worn it once and the pez thing was bothering me the whole time. Sad, but most likely will have to part with it. Dates delight- don’t have it, have heard of it, and getting sample soon. Thank for the awesome roundup!

If I knew that Peregrina came in 100ml I would have sprung for it. As it is, I have the 50 ml and I guard it with my life. If there was a scent that was "me", it's Peregrina. I love Thameen so damn much.
You’re the first person I’ve heard that from. Maybe let your bottle set for awhile? It’s such a beast on me, but I’m finding performance is very subjective.
