They didn't NEED a house but he bought them one anyway. He stated that himself. Jin and his parents are extremely close. He bought the apartment next to his so with his busy schedule he could still see his parents regularly. They do use it.

Об этом говорили и писали давно в нескольких источниках. Чимин, скорее всего купил или организовал покупку магазина в Японии, он никогда не хвалиться ни своей благотворительностью ни подарками для родных, хотя у него очень близкие, тёплые отношения с ними, да они и сами вполне обеспеченных люди.
