The required qualification for Headmaster and headmistress posts is:
MASTER + B.ED , M.ED , OR MA EDUCATION.
The required experience is :
FIVE YEARS TEACHING EXPERIENCE in private or government schools.
Middle or high school experience is required.
Experience is counted after B.Ed if done after Master.
Experience certificate and experience form is available on KPPSC official website.
