Hey Skab... did you know that when your selecting or deselecting the filter options in the galaxy map (in this instance you were deselecting all except War and Civil War states) you can just click and hold mouse button and drag cursor over the boxes and it will quickly deselect or select everything you mouse over. Just FYI for everyone
One thing I have learned while playing is just cause a ship is bigger then yours shouldn't necessarily mean dont attack. At the time of posting this I'm flying a little cobra mk 3 and yeah I dont have the firepower or defenses of a big ship but when I swoop in behind a bigger ship it's near impossible for them to flip around and get me so I just pepper there ass with burst lasers and multi cannons and make short work of the job tactics play just as much of a role as equipment does and like skab said start at the low end but once your comfortable work on the med or high
I'm doing conflict zones for a miner faction I've noticed medium conflict zones seem the best . If you go easy a single anaconda shows up . If you go hard a freaking mega ship shows up. You go medium a bunch of small and medium ships show up .I'm at master level so I heard your rank effects it too. So if your in a wing have the lowest ranked guy go in first.
Great vid! Thanks for the advice, never played this section but looks cool! Do you gain negative alignments with factions by shooting down there troops? Thanks!
guys i have 1 problem related to conflict zones, the status of the conflict zone suddenly dissapears, and its not showing the winning side, the battle rages indefinetly, i still get combat bonds but the battle is unwinnable...solutions? PS i found no answers on forums
I'm currently flying an anaconda with a 7A shield generator, and I'm always bounty hunting or trying to fight multiple times in a row. Should I try the bi-weave shield though ? as it seems more efficient for a long period of time. I currently have 1200MJ and I am scared to lower it too much.
Bi-weaves are nice because they charge faster, but you are of course lowering your overall shield strength by using it. Really it's just up to your play style and how you want to outfit your ship.
Grade A shields are better for fighting a single tough opponent because your shield has more HP, but if you are fighting multiple opponents at the same time or in quick succession, like in a CZ or when bounty hunting, the quick recharge rate of the Bi-Weaves can be better. It's personal taste though in the end.
I think some people like the safety net so to speak, of having reliable Hull Defense if their shields go down. You know, they like to run Shield Boosters and SCBs so they can stay in the fight as long as possible but... If the shields go down you can rely on your Hull withstanding the damage whilst you try to escape etc.
@@kadenceflores2749 Factually incorrect, dear Kadence. Because you see, if you were first, that would mean I am not the best, but I am in fact the best, so I must have been first.
