Thanks for the info. Did you finish the police academy? I have my agility test in Nov. Kinda nervous about that and the Academy. Any insight you can share? Are you now working in PD ?
I am preparing to take the physical agility test, but I haven't even practice in lifting a 150 lbs. dummy or a bag, and I have just jumped over a fence twice. Any suggestions?
is that all your physical agility test is or was that just an example of a few things?? In my city it's crazy what you half to do 25 pushups in a min. 19 curl ups in a min, bench press 71% of your body weight, ect. I'm moving to Stockton, CA
