I have worked for 20 years flying as a Cabin Crew and training them... Can say, the plating of the food can be much better.. And one doesn't need a lot of time to do it, just a whole lot of intent. You don't just serve food in C class, you serve a gourmet experience!!
One thing needs to get clear here, this business class cabin will most likely not be available on upcoming AirIndia aircrafts(A350s’), the reason is Air India bought a couple of Ex- Delta Airlines B777 aircrafts recently with the existing Delta cabin that’s the reason why this cabin will not be seen in newer AI aircrafts

These are Delta airlines planes that are leased by Air India. Hope that Air India comes up with these style cabins and an Indian touch in their new A350s

I would totally not accept that am a frequent flyers with Emirates, in business and first class. Only aviation nerds know that Air India's "new" business class is actually Delta's product. Nothing bad about it but at least it's better than what is there now. Edit: already stated on video 🥲
