Never knew this similarity between our Tamil classical and Fur Elise. Came here after an interview given by Mr. Ramesh Vinayagam himself for a RU-vid channel. Incredible talent with a deep knowledge in various music genres. Hope he will re-establish himself in the Tamil industry sooner.

I could never have figured it out myself. There is a song called 'Anupavam Puthumai' in Tamil, which is a closer adaptation of 'Fur Elise'.

Rameshji I think you should record this in your own voice. Only then will this composition get full justice. There is a sweetness in your voice which is making it feel romantic , sringara rasa. I feel Abhisekji’s rendition sounds melancholic.

Someone asked the raga. Allow me to add. Priya means "like/ishtam/dear/lovely" and so on. The touch is Beethoven's. So raga is named. Other arguments continue upon one's impeccable knowledge in music and many to include a few and so on. Thankyou.
