Hey I just bought these 10 days back here in INDIA, I am just facing below two issues. Will be glad if you or anyone can guide me 1. Battery - as soon as I take buds out battery is 100% each but after 1 hour of use if the battery of the left bud is 90% the right bud would be sitting at 70% so basically the right bud drains significantly faster. Mostly it is 20% lesser than the left bud. Note : I have been using LDAC codec from last 10 days and just today switched to AAC to check if there is any difference in the battery life. 2. Sound - when i use the ANC while listening music my RIGHT bud gives sound tearing noise and it is just so not welcomed. P.S - anyone wants to know any thing on my experience with these, you can drop your questions

Just bought these and the foam ear tips will not work for me. Ended up getting some silicone tips from Amazon and now I can get a good seal while wearing them. Sony should have included some silicone tips with these Earbuds for people like me with weird ear canals. 😆

I have had my xm4 earbuds for a couple months now and I've noticed that the battery life is kidna trash and the right earbud drains much more battery than the left one and I don't have any features enabled on the right one , does anyone know what the problem might be
