We moved in the community in January of 2024 and we love it here. We had the pleasure of having Conner as our sales rep. Our realtor was able to help us secure a lot with a view of the lake and amenity center from our backyard. They are in the process of building the amenity center and we are excited for what’s to come. In my previous community they promised an amenity center but never built it, that was very disappointing, so I am happy to say that the work they have down so far is identical to the poster of the amenity center. As far as the infrastructure goes, I can’t imagine the developers investing the amount of money that they have on the communities and the bridge without having a profitable plan and knowing what’s to come. It’s supposed to be a 10 year plus project with other builders coming in the different phases. We also had some issues with our home but the builder has been great about fixing what needed to be fixed. We absolutely love our house. So far our experience has been worth the move.

They had some issues right before moving in which the builder did not consider major, however I was able to get everything resolved and fixed before my clients moved into the house. I have other clients who experienced similar issues like yours with a different builder in another community and that's horrible. Thank you for sharing!
Don't be deceived by this community. They don't have the infrastructure in place to support those in the community. We've had more than our fair share of power outages, low water pressure, serious water supply issues, and the bills are extremely high.
@@liddierealestategroup we’ve been here for about a year and it’s a Perry Home. Our home is beautiful but we were lied by their sales agents regarding the amenities and everything I listed above. We asked the right questions as this is not our first time buying a brand new home. We were lied to in order to make a sell.
