How can you best protect yourself from pesticide exposure in everyday life? Hear from expert Dr. Melissa Furlong at the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
We had an exterminator spraying our house for bugs and whatever he sprayed it made my lungs burn. He didn't give us any warning about it and he wasn't wearing a mask himself. He only sprayed in the bathroom and near our waterheater, but what limited exposure I had was enough to cause my lungs to be irritated for the next two days. I wondered if I needed to see a doctor or just wait and heal.
i sprayed bug poisoning the other night and i have had the fan on since, but lately my throat has been hurting and dry and i’ve seen blood come out of my nose. i don’t have headaches but i’m not sure if i should go to a doctor or wait for my throat to heal
Lol the advice to use a shoe for a coach roach, this lady definitely know nothing about how pervasive bug infestations can be, if you see one coach there is thousands of them as well as eggs. I am a landlord and I’ve dealt with this problem in the building I bought. You will need bait, and other insecticides like gentrol and suspend sc to even try to get rod of them completely until they don’t overrun your whole building, use a shoe worst advice ever!!!
Using a shoe works very well for my family. Just kill them when they show up. Of course it's a different case if it's an infestation. We've never had an infestation, either.
I had a massive cockroach in my room and I squished it twice with the bottom of one of those Tesla balls, then left it under that for a whole night, dragged in along the ground with it under and it was still alive. So I sprayed the hell out of it and threw it out the window, I don’t know if I have inhaled some of it and if it had eggs or nor. Should I be worried? Please reply
Then post a warning to your potential new tenants, especially those pregnant or with children. It’s your responsibility to tell your tenants what you’ve done and what you do to maintain the building and let them choose whether or not they want to rent a house of poison..
i sprayed insecticide than it sprayed a bit on hand. The part where it got hit was on my right middle finger, it's on top of knukles. It's weird because untill now I am feeling a bit stingy feeling. This is i think more than a month but still sometimes i feel sting on it. There is no wound or anything but the sting feeling happens sometimes. Like today I felt it.
I don't know if i have enough knowledge but maybe don't kill them in a way that makes them potentially suffer? Maybe search it up on how to humanely kill them, also maybe don't kill them unless necessary (talking about the insects and so)
