Sometimes homeowners reach out to me with a home that they want to sell, but maybe it's in an undesirable condition. They're curious of what projects they should do, how much it's going to cost, what amount of time it's going to take, and are they going to get a good return on their investment. In this specific scenario, the homeowner was out of state and just had some tenants move out of the property that had been here for many years. I was able to meet with them via video. Doing phone calls and video tours through the property, talking about the different projects, getting them estimates, and doing everything online. We've stopped each step of the way, checking in via video again. So you don't even need to be local. My team can step in and help every step of the way. Managing the project from start to finish. We manage this project from the early design phase, managing each different trades people that came through. all the way to completion. And here to photography.
