After all by claiming victim status Prince Harry can hardly say that he hit/pushed William first. There is no history of Prince William physically abusing anyone or anything, but there is a public history of Prince Harry abusing both people and animals. There were also many instances when both were children that photographers caught Prince Harry kicking, hitting and pinching Prince William, especially if their mother paid attention to William before Harry. No she is not above shooting looks - she does that quite frequently to her children as all mothers do. She will also give Prince William a look at times again as all wives do.
