I was looking into a HUD opportunity and this destroys it if I move forward and they see this online😮 Also the other comment isn't true because I bought a home in a nice middle class neighborhood and I had a refund coming. I didn't live in the hood before that, I lived in an upscale apartment on our far east side where the elite presides.
