The high court found Indira gandhi, the prime minister, guilty. Aaj ke time me to supreme court ki gand me dum nahi hai ye karne ki, high courts to chodo. Shows, how non pressured the courts were and were kept in the past and how they had ultra sanctity. In the past, the governments were super strong and the leaders were super strong too, and they couldve turned India into a dictatorship if they wanted to - or a one party thing like china, but they didnt.

Sir i feel that you teach in a way to make matter easy to understand for lwayers but sir i think it will be even better if you will groom your way of representation(speach) as well. It will be like icing on the cake.means its better to become better than what we were yesterday for growth. Its good, but it can be made groomed.

After the enactment of Constitution... Nehru did not even waited a bit to put his so called mirage of 'in-public-interest plan' in motion that gave freedom to his wants and needs. Which definitely pleased his sec of voters.

Sir, in 17 th amendment description you have used a word "abridge" against parliament right to breach FR.... Should abridge not be read as breach. You generally seem to pass judgement against parliament right to pass laws.... Like "ऐसा फालतू लॉ बनाया" सज्जन सिंह vs UOI Is it fair??? You called Golakhnath case as "Fair". How can YOU say that, let student form their own opinion..

It's not article 13(4) that is added with the 24th amendment, 24th amendment added the word Power in article 368. Whereas in the 25th Amendment parliament added 31(C)- it gives power to the state to acquire any land and give importance to DPSP over FR if required.

Great video....buy you shld also mention that when Indira Gandhi tried taking power of Mylords then only they woke up ...nothing great was done by supreme court...same holds true for maneka gandhi type judgements ...nothing is followed at ground level That is why retrospective effect is not there..."phat gai indira gandhi se" Thay
