Sir, Hum Post office root level working strategy mai thode changes krenge toh losses kam honge and recover bhi krenge. Mail delivery to service delivery and Dakghar to Banking serivces accha change hai, Fir bhi Govt ka root level pe sabse bada network hai Indian Post, hum sahi se use nhi kr pa rahe hai. Agar sahi changes honge toh best PSU banegi PO. उत्तर प्रदेश में गांव में डाकघर एक झोपड़ी में चल रही है जिसकी ना खुद की बिल्डिंग है कागज पत्रिका बोरी में बाध कर रखा गया है , जमीन पर लोग बैठकर काम कर रहे हैं मात्र 10000 12000 बेसिक सैलरी पर, गांव में डाक विभाग सबसे पिछड़ा विभाग बन गया है, सरकारी इस पर ध्यान जरूरत दे समाधान 1) गांव में एक छोटा सा डाक विभाग कार्यालय तो होना ही चाहिए जिसमें पांच कुर्सियां और एक अलमारी, 2-3टेबल ,लाइट और computer system की व्यवस्था हो, जिस गांव का पैसा गांव के पोस्ट ऑफिस में जमा हो सके और लोग आसानी से पैसा निकाल सके 2)GDS( ग्राम डाक सेवक)ABPM/BPM/Postman(Basic कम से कम 1800-2900 तो होना चाहिए,

Kerala mein recent years mein sab ko full A+ yoon hi dete hai. Lekin uska koi value nahi hai. They even dont know how to write malayalam. Iss free mei dene waale A+ ki wajah se kuch saal pehle normally jeetne wale logon ko post man, post master ke posts keliye job nahi milte hai.
