Exactly, bcoz govt never pushed mfg units to be set up in india so that they can show a huge amnt spendings which disguises to be a scam. Is india short of talent in anyway?? Defese spending is a joke if we dnt undrstd the 30 yrs it took for us to make tejas and still struggling with kaveri engine. The spending should have been on R&D and not on foreign purchases. Had the half amount been spent on tejas then it would have been success long back. And remaining half money could have spent on poor. Remember indians are way faithful and emotional, had the govt taken care of poverty and merits by now all our men would have been so aggresive that even air forces wouldnt have been able to stop our each individual from protecting our country.
