Join me on a trip through time back to the fabulous weddings of the 1970s as we're going to look at some of the most beautiful wedding dresses of the decade!
The early 1970s saw a continuation of the bohemian trends from the late '60s. Empire waists and flowing fabrics were still popular, with brides opting for dresses that reflected a more relaxed and natural style. Lace, crochet, and embroidery were common, giving dresses a handmade, artisanal feel.
By the mid-1970s, bridal fashion began to embrace a more eclectic mix of styles. The hippie influence remained strong, but there was also a return to vintage-inspired looks.
