This has to be the most informative, and transparent finance channel on youtube. Bro tells you the risks right up front before even telling you the method. Better than those “gurus” guaranteeing success after you spend $1000K on a course or ebook full of regurgitated info. The shotgun method isn't usually used to get loans to buy multiple homes at once, its the opposite. Someone might try to get a loan based off the value of their house, but they try to get loans from multiple banks on the same house, and they do this before any of the banks know about the other loans. So someone might get 5 loans for 500k off of their 500k house, giving them 2.5m to spend before the banks find out.

Because it is not well understood, many can use it to take advantage.
Fire video one thing I would mention is that the banks don’t print money themselves, the Federal Reserve prints money. There have been big banks that got bailed out by the government though which was insane. The FED indirectly alters interest rates by selling assets (taking money out of system, increasing rates) or buying assets (injecting money into the market, decreasing rates). They also do other things to alter rates but this is one of the main ways to adjust them. What this influences is the federal funds rate which is the rate at which banks borrow money from other banks that have funds deposited with the FED.
title theft/claim can be done legally in lots of states.. and if you're good at researching which properties are owned by out of state/area/country investors, you could get away with it fast enough to sell the property to a wholesaler before the owner sues/puts up any kind of hassle. the dudes that got charged with fraud for it just changed the titles without legit claim, to multiple properties and sold them etc. but you can get legit claim to the property by "making improvements" or squatting for a period of time that varies by state.

about the last scam ... first things first hello , I'm a 6th semester economy student and according to my knowledge , banks make profit by getting your money giving 90 percent worth (can be different) of your money as a loan to other people and getting the money back + the interest rate of that loan I don't know the reasoning and facts behind his words but I'd be more than thankful if someone could explain it to me with good facts

The ONE TIME I go to the HOME screen, I see my man right here and his video was in my "recommended" section! MY RECOMMENDED SECTION! I think I did watch the recent Punchmadedev video that went viral, on that account, thats the ONLY video I watched on that account. But still, how RU-vid pushin me these types of videos?? Guy who hacked twitter didn’t win swap he social engineered with a duplicate website of an internal twitter login page after they logged in it would redirect to a real internal twitter page making the employees think it’s nothing

You absolutely cannot use the "my business failed" method. There is a concept called piercing the corporate viel and it can 100% be used to come after you personally for something your business did. If you think a bank isnt coming for it's 500k just because you claim it failed you deserve to go to jail for fraud for that one.

So about the only way to get away with this one is somehow convince the bank to give you the money in cash, and then bury all that cash in the woods, do your jail time, and then dig the money up later assuming the FBI didn't find it, then smuggle it out of the country with the FBI watching your every move.
