I'd like to add that lorenzo and temporarily loki used the assasins eye which leads me to believe its an eye that targets weekspots in or a team or player very strong eye
I was thinking of Loki's eyes, they fit your description very well as he was able to target the weak spots in their formation For Lorenzo, I think he is a beast and has the strongest assassin's eyes as he can target the strongest link which is Kaiser and kill him
@ACE_Lock Assasins eye can counter the predator eyes second feature cuz we see renzo go to the exact spot kaiser was aiming at meaning he was looking at multiple players and the goalies weakspot to deduct kaisers shotpath 100% he's the best user of this eye. Also I feel like karasu might learn a few things about the eye from loki
@@builderbe640 I stated this in my chapter review, also meta-vision is helpless in defense vs Predator Eyes but assassin's eyes seem to be the way to stop PE
funny thing is I actually experinced the inverted eyes and It was out of rage. I wont go deep into it but I was angry and somewhat chill and that led me to make my first rainbow flick
You forgot that Rin uses predator eyes too and he his the first person we see use it in the third selection. Although it was called a blind shot back then its the exact same as predator eyes
Yes bro that's hunting ability and thus predator eyes, I felt like talking about Barou and Kaiser since we saw a lot from them, As for Rin I am doing a video on Nel Rin and will explore him having predator eyes no worries
You think loki needed an awakening to beat Blue Lock? also if that's the case why don't they show at the start of the play? they only show at the end when the shoot happens
@@ACE_Lock but as far as we know from the requirements to get berserker eyes, it seems like he should have got it when isaki destroyed him in the earlier chapters
yes, and Lorenzo, but at the time of the video I wasn't sure about either so, especially Loki as he seemed to use an upgraded version where he targets the weakest spots in the whole team, one player like Karasu and Lorenzo I think after the Ubers game I will do a dedicated video on these eyes and Karasu as a whole
@@ACE_LockI believe swirly spiral eyes are basically representation of strong ego, because Ego has them while just talking, without aura eyes, and Ego obviously mastered his ego (lol, no pun intended) So I think it’s just 2 different types of eyes that are often layered
@@arsenkhad8599 Pun was intended, by the author at least, but also might be untrue. It was said that Ego used to want to be the best but now only wants to make the best. At some point, his true ego was devoured and he fell back to a second option. That said, he is devoting his all to coaching at this point, so I guess it is possible that swirls represent a strong ego, just not a perfect one.
I find it interesting that Barou actually seems to have the highest quality of Predator Eyes, despite Michael Kaiser being a New Gen 11. Barou seemed to overlay Flow State with Predator Eyes, meaning that whenever he successfully goal-hunts, he taps into the Flow State. What would be interesting, however, is if he accesses Flow State at ALL stages of the game, or if his Predator Vision actually allows him to fast-track obtaining it when he scores over people on his level. He didn't seem to have the shockwaves the first time he scored, meaning that Barou needs a challenge to Flow when he uses them.
yes, i want to make a video regarding this, Barou has the 2 paths of Predatory Eyes: Goal course and Goalkeeper hunting, while Kaiser has only Goal course hunting, because Goalkeeper hunting conflicts with MV.
@@ACE_Lock Well, thing is, I think the reason why Kaiser doesn't have both is because he also has "meta vision" to an extent, for how he often says to Isagi "So you see the game like I do", he might not have nearly the extent as Isagi, Niko, Snuffy and Aiku, but its still there as more just heavy field awareness, aka, maybe the fact that he tries to do two different things, is making him focus too little on goals, so his predator eyes can't fully evolve.
@@XavierDukeVT great point, i am actually waiting for this game to end to post a video about this topic Of how Kaiser Sacrifices some aspects of his visions to fit them with each other and his playing style
@@XavierDukeVT bro stop sniping the Ideas for my vids, i llike ur thinking man. i have a theory on the next vision we will see in the PXG game and it will surprise u (give me some time until the ubers game end and i'lll post the vid)
I think Rin's berserker eyes are a predator eyes's variation. Predator eyes are activated when channeling the vision towards a single target. Barou uses them calculating the timing the gk lowers his guard, but Rin uses consecutively against various defenders in 1sv1. The way they use the eyes is different but the concept is the same. Isagi will use predator eyes like Kaiser (seeing the perfect trajectory) against ubers, then against pxg, after awakening his ego, he will use them when dribbling (in middle school he was known as "the unbeatable Isagi" for his dribbling).
Bro Rin's berserker eyes cant be predator eyes because they failed at the very thing they are used for, he shot and missed and that cant be predator eyes. Also for Isagi, i don't think he will ever have predator eyes, find what trajectory when the ball is in mid air and he is face to face with the GK? it is obvious Isagi was unstoppable because of MV and how he position himself.
Rin has already shown to have the predator eyes during the 3rd selection when he scored when the vision of the GK was blocked an he performed a Stealth kill shot.
Also the berserkers eyes was actually Meta vision mixed with his ego and flow state. Isagi was shown doing the same during the Manshine city match where his Meta Vision eyes turns into Puzzle pieces with his retina having a spiral effect the same effect seen in Rin's eyes after he goes into his flow.
@@Kill_em_quick He showed GK hunting and thus Predator eyes, He showed meta-vision in the U20 game. Rin's berserker Eyes have nothing to do with MV, from what we saw they are for 1v1 duels and meta-vision is for controlling the field they serve opposite purposes and with this Rin is actually the Ideal player He has good physic Meta-vision Predator eyes and Dominant 1v1 eyes I will be doing 2 videos on how can he be beaten and what do we expect from him.
One thing i would like to add is that the inverted eyes may not necessarily be "insane shot" eyes, i think it would be better to think of it as reflex eyes instead. My reasoning for this is that when Hiori gives Isagi the hint to think reflexively that is the first time we see him with those black eyes
I actually agree The problem with these eyes they were too offten and with no clear argument And so i went with the situation we mostly saw them in that is the shots
@@rxnn._. Totally disagree, they have nothing to do with instinct if anything they are closer to flow than instinct, remember nagi's 5 volley shot? He had flow eyes while dodging Kaiser and Isagi, then when he shot he had the inverted eyes, this is what happened with bachira barou and many more
There is One Type of Meta vision that was not covered, that was the Niko's watchtower vision(In this Meta vison Niko can target the best player on the pitch and a and can block or intercept their goal scoring chances) Isagi said it was not completely mastered Mera vision but it can be counted
Nice analysis bro this really went pass my predictions i thought you would just talk about the eyes and that's it looks like i underestimated you W video loved it
Bro this comment was flagged as spam for some reason lmao i am glad u enjoyed i am trying to make my reputation the In-depth blue lock guy so i will always go in all the details we can get
Aura/Spiral Eyes = Egotistic Mental Inverted Eyes = Top Performance Focus Eyes = Task Focus Meta Vision = Expand FOV Predator Eye = Narrow FOV Meta Vision (Isagi) = Meta Vision + Adaptability Trait Meta Vision (Charles) = Meta Vision + Contrarian Trait Berserker Eyes (Rin) = Grotesque Destruction Trait ^ How I interpreted the eyes. I agree with most of the video ofc, I like how you referenced the manga throughout, and even pointed out the “assassin eyes” which I hadn’t noticed. Open to hear what ppl think about my interpretation.
All eyes I.M.O. Ego represented by aura. It's usually shown left right and center in the entire manga and show, could be to show dominance or how they want to take over the pitch. Awakening represented by inverted, whenever a character is more or less concentrated on a single move at that point in time. As seen with Nagi, Barou, Loki and Bachira. It also could happen if the player hasn't done said move before or using it for the first time in a while. Flow represented by the streaking like eye pattern, not thinking yet reacting to the ball wherever it may be. As seen with Nagi, Isagi, Shidou, Gagamaru, Rin and so on. Meta represented by a net like pattern for players that have amazing spatial awareness and a high football IQ, as seen with Isagi, Kaiser, Reo, Aiku and more. Assassins eyes only seen by Karasu whenever he targets someone to break them down. Berserker eye is only seen by Rin in the U-20 match whenever he completely forgets his morals and wants to crush his brother no matter what. Last but not least Predator represented by cat like pattern used in a 1-1 shot with the GK
do you think loki needed an awakening to beat blue lock? Yet he had them They appear mostly when players are shooting with some exceptions like isagi's awakening but i went with their most common appearance which is when shooting
@@ACE_Lock you’re definitely not wrong about the eyes usually coming out whenever there’s a shot coming up, and that was 100% overkill for the rest of Blue Lock, that’s why I also included that it could be using an ability that they haven’t used in a while, but seeing this I see where your point is. I should’ve changed my point to a move that leads up to a shot weather they’ve used said move or not. Big ups!
My favorite is Predator eyes because thats my play style in real life the ball just doesn’t go where i want it when i hit it T_T i have the weak and imprecise shots fr not good for my play style
There has to be eyes for goal keepers! Like how are you giving every position eye abilities except the most important position! I say gk is the most important position becasue in n.e.l 3 goals max, if you have a shit gk your done, if you have an ok or bad offense but a goated gk your fine. This might not make sense to most, but i say this because I have been playing football basically my entire life, so it makes sense to me
Do you think rin used predator eyes in chapter 99? It was probably before the author thought of the idea of predator eyes but used the same concept of hiding yourself from the goalkeeper
I was going to make a video about what will we expect from Rin in the PXG game But yes that was goalkeeper hunting thus predator eyes, it could be he only uses this type and not goal course hunting (the opposite of Kaiser who doesn't use goalkeeper hunting) add to this his meta-vision and berserker eyes and we have the making of the strongest blue locker i will do an in-depth analysis video on PXG Rin once the Ubers game ends so stay tuned (will do one on rin, one on Shidou + Karasu and finally one on Zantetsu + Loki + Tokimetsu)
I actually thinks aura eyes represents the player ego/ determination . (Think of Nagi, bro satisfied his ego with the revolver shot and turn back to normal)
-Nice video however, I honestly wouldn't say Isagi's direct shot is weak and imprecise as we think it is. It's just really easy to counter by tilting his center of gravity which he's been working on. The time when Isagi gave Kaiser a nutmeg which ultimately lead to Kunigami scoring a goal was an example of it not being as weak and unprecise. He was actually aiming for a shot course in-between Kaiser's legs and into the left top corner of the goal. I honestly don't think he would have made that shot even though it was head towards his intended shot course. Despite that, I believe that moment is a clear example of his direct shot not being as weak and unprecise as we think.-
@@ACE_Lock Mb you're right. You said weak and unprecise or requires too much conditions. For some reason I grouped them both together. However, I'm curious of your reasoning on direct shot requiring too much conditions cuz I actually thought the opposite. Instead of him having to trap/stop the ball before shooting, he would directly shot the ball towards his intended course similar to what Kaiser did when he said "YOU'RE FUCKING BLIND". However thinking back at it, I think you're right. This type of uncertainty is one of the reasons why I'm looking forward to his evolution as a striker. I'm really curious what kind of evolution entails for him with his vision and newly introduced lefty shot in the future cuz players like Barou, Rin, and Shidou are crazy good strikers.
@@escaleater2457 the thing with Direct shot it requires isagi not to be covered for it to work, we saw how just by standing in his way Kiaser and Aiku completely stopped him, but for example barou and Kaiser have many players in front of them and can score onmultiple occasions, with meta-vision isagi can get into position to score very easily that's why it fits with isagi while predator eyes dont
@@ACE_Lock Getting into position is one thing but with other MV defenders, he would most definitely always have defenders in his way. Another way we've seen PE used is to find shot courses just like what Kaiser's been doing. He can quickly find narrow paths others haven't thought of and squeeze the ball through it. An example is when Kaiser did the bicycle quick. He was able to quickly find a narrow shot course and score a beautiful goal. This is a bit different from how Barou used predator eyes in the beginning to catch the keeper of guard. This is how I believe Isagi is going to implement Predator eyes. In later chapters, we saw him pondering how Kaiser found a narrow shot course so quickly. I believe this would be the key to taking his shots to the next level.
@@ACE_Lock Another is Kaiser during the Manshine game. There where a lot of defenders in his way and Chigiri said "Your shot course is dead" however Kaiser reacted by saying "You're fucking blind" and sent the ball through a narrow path. The keeper reacted but couldn't save it. If Isagi is able to figure out shot courses like that quickly, with direct shot it would be a very lethal combination. He doesn't necessarily have to keeper in site all the time but figure out how to find different shot courses even with defenders in the way. Which is how I believe he would adopt PE but utilizing it in a similar way Kaiser does.
when i saw this video i tried replicating one of the eyes im in common with which was meta vision (im the mc >:D) but the only reason i tried to do that is cause i wss able to do it before i learned about it but mostly when i would do it everything would blue so i been practicing ever since i saw this video and now i can last at least 5 seconds with it on before it blurs im going to a eye doctor some time so i can probably learn how to make it for like 10 minutes but it usually takes 1 minute to turn it on so when i realized i was able to do it i tried adapting to isagis skills so i can utilize it to full power but i do say im at like a level 1 cause i can only use it on little stuff so im currently trying to use it on bigger places like isagi Edit: went to the eye doctor for my birthday :( so my eyes was blurred all day yesterday so I tried to unblur it but regained the fact that unblurring it means I need to control my muscles at a fast rate to where it's automatic so ima try to learn how
Well it doesn't fit with his playing style, and besides he doesn't have the insane spacial awareness you need for it If u remember Niko and Aiku were seeing everything much like isagi and Rin that's why they got it Other players like barou aren't fit for it This makes me wonder how broken Kaiser is to have the requirements for the 2 most op eyes, like damn boy relax
@@ACE_Lock I just thought Kaiser and King kinda relevant in terms mentality and after Snuffy training he may be he figured something out but yeah Kaiser is build different 💀💀💀
After what Noa said in 231 i am planning to do a vid on Kaiser vs Barou and how Barou's predator eyes are stronger than Kaiser's (he still compensates with MV which is insane)
I do like to belive that the eyes you called "inverted eyes" are somewhat of a "flow eyes". If you look at when did we see them, Rin had his variation of them in the U-20 match when he's gone berserk on the enemy team, Bachira had them in the Rin vs Isagi match when he realised that he's not gonna be picked if they lose, and the stress level as well as skill level were in the window that allowed him to enter the flow, Isagi had the flow eyes when he moved reflexively and stole a goal from Rin and Shidou in the U-20 training arc, as well as in the BL vs U-20 match when he coordinated with Rin's unpredictibility, all the other players and his own limitations, and introduced his own "luck" to the field. Same with Barou in the 3v3 in 2nd selection. The vision he had of being a deranged destroyed exfootballer watching Isagi win the world cup fueled him on the higher level, to which no player on the field could not come and stop him. All those cases had two things in common. One thing were the eyes, which in every case had black whites, the other thing, all of the players showcased what Ego mentioned as "requirements to enter the Flow". In my opinion it's not a coincidance, I trully think that those eyes mean the player is in the flow state.
Bro to your point of bachira having them, he didn't have them until he shot bro, at first he had aura eyes until he broke free and when we wanted to shoot he had them think to isagi's goal in the u20 he had flow eyes but before shooting they turn inverted, Now i don't deny your point yes we saw them as flow but they show the most as shot eyes and that's what i went with
@@ACE_Lock I also think that separating "predator eyes" from "meta vision" is a bit incorrect. Hear me out, Kaiser is the first player to be openly called as a meta vision user, yet we see him with predator eyes. I would say that this eye concept is similar to multiple breath techniques in Demon Slayer, and same way as there the player should use the variation of vision that fits their playstyle best. Not sure already if you mentioned it in the video, but I'm pretty sure whenever we see a new user of meta vision, they have this plain pattern made of straight lines only, and that pattern suggest that the player just now unlocked the meta vision and is not yet a strong user. That's why Niko got packed so easily by Isagi and Raichi when he first tried to use it, because he hasn't yet found his style and purpose for meta vision. Isagi, Kaiser and Barou on the other hand, they all are already used to it and know precisely what they want to use their vision for. Barou and Kaisers eyes are a bit different, Kaisers imo seemed to "glow" a bit more (i know it's hard to say something "glowed" when it was drawn in black and white, but that's the impression I got) and the reason I would have for it is that Kaiser wants to prove his worth even more, kinda in a way of becoming "the Golden Boy". We saw that he kinda struggled and was bothered with the fact that he has to be in the Bastards while it's known to be Noas team, cause he wants to be an emperor that plays by his rules, with noone above him. So his vision is used to find a perfect spot for a perfect strike of a player who aspires to be a perfect striker seen as the goat. Barou eyes in my opinion were more similar to an animal than Kaisers, and that I would connect to his wild nature, him being full of himself and using this vision to find a course to the goal that will let him devour everything on the way. Isagis eyes represent what I would call a "midfielder power" or sth like that. His jigsaw pieces forming the meta vision eyes show that he adapted this skill to suit him best, to find the dangerous spots in defence and offence, so he can engage in those areas and exploit them on the offense or cover them on the defense (both things expected from best midfielders), and we've seen him utilize the meta vision for both. In other words, Isagi won't have predator eyes cause he won't become a striker like Kaiser or Barou, but he already can use his metavision on a way higher level than fe. Niko or Aiku. The metavision those two have is in my opinion a base for growth, from there it can evolve into something more personal like predator eyes or jigsaw eyes. That's the point of this long ass comment. I don't remember your video clearly, but if I'm not mistaken, then unlike what you said in the video, I belive that all those personal eyes are connected and are coming from the basic version of metavision. Of course I'm not saying that your point is wrong, I enjoyed the video, just wanted to give my opinion on the matter. Peace
It would be cool if we got to see someone use both Predator and Meta vision eyes at the same time. Imagine the possibilities and goal-scoring capabilities!
They actually cant be used at the same time, one widens ur view one narrows it and thus they cancer each other the best we can do is Kaiser switching between the two
FLOW “TRANCE” STATE is the black inverted eyes. They appear when the player is in immersive focus and moving + thinking by reflex. e.g.-Most recent chapter 232 where Hiori is having tons of fun and wants to challenge himself in Ubers game. Isagi moved reflexively and without deep thinking to block Chris Prince shot in Manshine game. The other eyes you called flow state eyes with the veiny hatching are AWAKENING EGO EYES. Those are eyes that appear when the player is intensely tapping into their ego to perform or trying to prove their worth. e.g.- Niko ego to be a watchtower and take down the offensive strikers. Isagi ego to “prove his worth” as an offensive striker in Barca match. The black spiral eyes are the ORIGINAL EGO or MONSTER EGO EYES they appear when the player is playing in a way that is consistent and taps into what motivates and distinguishes them as a player at their CORE, who they ARE, so to speak. e.g.- you see these eyes for example when Reo claims he’s going to steal Nagi back or when Isagi declared that he came to Blue Lock to change and challenge the strongest (be reborn). Just for fun that’s how I class them anyways.
Flow Eyes are actually the type of eyes we cant have a dispute about cause they are stated to be the veiny shockwave pattern eyes Inverted eyes are a bit complicated they show left right and center through out blue lock but i based my description on where they show the most which is when players are shooting insane shots or kicking the ball hard I know we saw them in different places but this is the most common appearance
I saw the U20 and the flow state shot from isagi 3 times and I completely forgot that Isagi ever had inverted eyes. Barou and Nagi too tbh, For some reason I only found it on Bachira
His meta-vision is the basic meta-vision and we didnt see any evolution to it yet like we saw with Isagi and Aiku, that's why i didnt speak of him in any special way this is because he has predator eyes as well, Kaiser is super deadly and his meta-vision + predator combo is OP as is.
okay so my take on flow is there's 3 type of flow state/FS eyes we've seen so far 1. general flow state which anybody/most good enough players can achieve for example inverted eyes and shockwave eyes, 2 is player specific flow state for example rin's berserker eyes and barou's predator eyes, and 3 is MV which can be classed as in-between cuz its not necessarily player specific as we've seen multiple players use it but its also not necessarily general flow state which any body can use but it still caters to a general play style (so we can maybe class it as playstyle specific?)
black eyes or inverted eyes are shot flow eyes only being shown for a single shot or set up fully white eyes are temporary flow or a state before flow then those retina eyes are true flow
There are also another type of eye also known as Cool-Headed Vision who is owned by Hiori (Explained by the wiki) Coolheaded Vision: Hiori's vision enables him to envision the best pass to make in any given situation. Hiori constantly looks around himself during a game to assess the positions of the players around him, as well as the situation of the field, so he can both receive the ball in space and pass the ball into space. It is through this vision that he was able to form an almost telepathic link-up with Rin, trading calm passes and avoiding other players. He also considers the positions of his teammates in and around the goal area, before deciding on right pass. His vision enables him to see plays that his opponents do not expect such as his combination with Karasu to get around the U-20.
They are not, do you think loki needed awakening or flow to beat blue lock? Common These eyes are mostly seen when shooting with some exceptions so i went with their most common appearance
In my opinion the Aura eyes is more of a spark in a Persons ego and the black eyes is more of a momentary flow and just a flow state for a small moment of that play such as Isagi
