Figured I'd make a short video on one of my art pieces and while explaining it, ended up just ranting but since its kind of related to the topic I decided to keep it as it was.
That was a great video with a lot for people to think on. Its very true that you can have anxiety with out outwarldy looking anxious. look at me for example, I am anxious a lot of the time but from outside i look like im a very happy person. which yes I am "happy" but doesnt change I can get anxious over the most tiny of things. I have wanted to make a video talking about my condition but I havnt had the courage to so I am so proud of the videos you have been making letting us into your world and what you deal with.
