Making tattoos for women is Haram. Allah has cursed those women who do tattoos. See Joanna Laguna. And for men is makrooh (discouraged). Because dresses are better than tattoos. Watch Ra one movie g one dress. Your skin is the most common best dress. And in this god given skin , you are drawing unnecessary lines which are bad. And making permanent tattoos for both men and women according to me it is Haram. Because air , water, sweat cannot go and out. And I forget what I was going to say. I hate tattoos so much because they are uncomfortable.
You don't have to like tattoos, but you should allow the people that do like them to enjoy them. It's not like they are shaming you for not having tattoos. You shouldn't shame otters for liking things you do not like, that is just immature.

Read surah kafirun who force religion upon you. It will work like hypnotize. And also if somebody hypnotize you then The antidote of hypnotize is surah falaq and surah Nas.
