I use violin needle DB 14 I use the same shuttle for sewing and smoking

The best is to make v in s front to avoid the bulk of material I use like 6 cm for v neck in front

You fold the fabric length which is usually 60” into two I.e the selvage edges will be together

I used Crepe fabric

It depends on your height. For someone with gown length 52 - 58 inches, 4 yards will be enough. (1 yard is 36 inches)
