I enjoyed your video. I'm retired now but my work used to take me to Corbin often ( lifelong Lexingtonian). I met the colonel in 1973 when I was 14 at his wife's restaurant in Shelbyville Kentucky... Claudia Sanders Dinner House. It was a big deal when L&N ran that line to Pineville, opening up access to the area. I visited Pineville in 1975, such Beautiful geography!! The historic Starlight Diner in Lexington (Lexington's place to get the original recipe) was visited several times by the Colonel before it was torn down in the mid 70s and replaced with an actual KFC fast food structure,
