Thanks for giving some non-luxury homes a tour today. I’m always telling people that what you’re really buying in moving to the area is outside your door, anyway. So what if you won’t get as big a house as perfectly remodeled as you have back wherever? You’ll get mountains, national forest, endless trails, beaches galore, fantastic parks, beautiful weather, and an endless list of great things to do year round in trade. Customize a modest tract home to suit your needs and get to living your one and only life, man! 😀👊❤️

Great tour, as always. Joe, I love your videos, but I really love when you and Brammy are together - the banter is awesome. My husband and I love really the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. I don't think we can afford to move there, especially with the property taxes, but we would like to come out for 2-3 months a year once we retire. Do you handle rentals as well or are we better off looking on VRBO? For now, we try to visit at least 1-2 times a year for 7-10 days at a time. We're looking forward to our next trip out and in the meanwhile, will keep watching your videos.

There are always furnished rentals available. VRBO and air BnB are great resources as well as some local property management companies. Feel free to reach out if you want some help when you have your dates.

🌴🌴🌴 Hi 👋🏼 Kids Thank you so much for showing some homes for under two million 👏👏👏 The first home is a great way to start living in Santa Barbara. Nice kitchen and very nice backyard with the outdoor dining. The bed rooms look a little plain but that can be fixed like you said with some fresh paint and new flooring and also keep in mind that adding the right furniture will drastically improve the looks. Next home Very well updated with great windows,flooring… Nice looking front yard and driveway. They really used the backyard to it’s limits and done nicely. Great garage 👍Kitchen is a little small but another nice entry level home to get into S. B. Third home WOW 😮❗️ What a huge difference from the last two houses. Just started watching this one but I can tell that I already like it! Even though there are a lot of walls in the entry it really feels like an open concept going on. Very nice size kitchen 👍. Master bedroom is beautiful 🤩. The upstairs is a great addition done very well. So much space! The backyard is simple but would be great for entertaining (with a built in BBQ). Could use a little covered area but I’m not complaining 😊. Next Well this one has a lot of bang for your Buck. Great open concept with the kitchen, Dining and living room. Very gracious. I really like the stone fireplace. The backyard is nice and is an amazing opportunity to create your own paradise. I Love the outdoor dining. Not much to improve on this house. Ready to live in. Next home Nice Saltillo tile front porch. Fabulous kitchen with the upgraded appliances and great flooring. Another awesome stone fireplace 😊. Oh how I love the upstairs space. Vaulted ceiling’s always catches my eye. This is a great home. The master bedroom is beautiful with that nice outdoor space. I’m really liking this home 🏡. Thank you so much for showing these houses that are awesome opportunities to live in Santa Barbara for under $2.5 million. I hope that your viewers appreciate these homes as much as I do. And everyone don’t forget that when you live in S. B. You’re going to spend a lot of time outside due to the amazing weather. That Calle Barquero house has already been dropped like half a million. Like the houses on Via Regina, it would also be considered Noleta. It would be neat if you could do a Goleta/Noleta neighborhoods video like you did for SB :) Edit: you called it Foothill, but it’s actually Cathedral Oaks on the west side of the 154.
