I love my tiny home!! I purchased this Dragonfly Cottage and I am loving every inch of it!!! Dave is the best builder, he thought of EVERYTHING!! I never thought I would be living my dream of living in a tiny home. I have to pinch myself daily!!!! One thing that blows my mind is that it’s so well insulated that my air conditioner rarely comes back on because it holds its temperature so well!! You can never go wrong when you buy with DMR !!!!

I lived in an 8x30 mobile home years ago, absolutely loved it! Paid about 3,000 for it.

You need a camera lens that shows more of a given area than just close-ups. A walk-thru would have been preferred over the majority of the video showing the same view of the kitchen over and over. Also, the upper bunk should have been a storage area with either curtain blinds or doors.

It's not a bad unit for a tiny house but it does look just a bit cluttered probably because of how the house is accessorized and decorated.

I love the style of this home. The bunk bed/storage area is the only feature that I don't like.

The bunk is prefect as an Airbnb rental .... Or a single mother with a child .... or huge extra storage area for a single dweller that doesnt need the extra bed all the time

Although very nice as is with an end kitchen layout. I'd prefer the bedroom in the rear. Not the middle. I also think this would look even better with a gambrel style roof in the kitchen/ living room area.With exposed truss beams. I thought of that, because of the ceiling over the kitchen area.A walk through bathroom would be my choice as well.A loft storage over the bathroom. Would open the whole house up even more.If you wanted bunk beds then ok. It would give more area on the opposite wall for closet space. The way the bedroom is now. Still, overall this is a very nice house.

I keep watching the pricing for all these Tiny Homes skyrocketing based upon what is being touted as affordable living spaces. Many Tiny Home prices are exceeding what it would cost to build a simple stick-built style of similar space restrictions. As for Tiny Homes being affordable, I beg to differ. As far as I can tell most Tiny Homes are being designed and bult for wealthier customers than the average American.

There are still houses priced under $20k, but I usually don't share those houses because they aren't pretty.

We never did see the living room area, as the camera was facing the kitchen when it was discussed. The mattress smack up against window panes? I don't want a bed I have to climb on top of to make. I agree, ditch the bunk bed. It's way too expensive for my budget. Really cute on the outside.

YES , Its PERFECT if used as an Airbnb rental unit yo have an extra bed or a single mother with a child because of that bunk bed set up . Also for a lot of storage extra storage if someone doesnt need the extra bed

@@Strawberry-Design-ideas What are you talking about?? That is undoubtedly a bunk bed... Not only can you clearly see the mattress and bedding on the top bunk but the narrator literally says in the video that it is a single twin bunk over the Queen bed. You should probably pay better attention to the content that you put out before you comment on it because people are looking to you to answer their questions and provide more information and when you put out very obviously false information, you're doing yourself and your audience a disservice.

Do you like anything? The top of the bed area could be a bed for a small child but also for storage. The space is not that wide. I guess that's why they're not saying the top is a bed area. What do you expect though. It's a tiny house not Buckingham Palace.

I don’t like that the door to the bedroom is only partial. Also want some overhead cupboards in the kitchen instead of the big hood.

Well the written price in the above video description is NOT the same as the voiced price at all. There is a difference between the written $99,000 vs the voiced price of $159,000. That's a $60,000 difference in price. So which is it?

Maybe you should build a model with a rear bedroom and put the bath somewhere in the center. Nice home though, but some did not like the bunk beds.

If you'd research a little you'd find out the 4 Bosch appliances are nearly $8000 and the trailer is $12,000 > So theres $20000 spent before ever even starting to build anything ..... 7 months of labor , $600 dollar signature hardware kitchen sink , $600 signature hardware shower faucet , triple pane windows , closed cell foam insulation etc etc etc > Top tier materials and fixtures through out . The home sold for $99,000

@@larryjernigan2947 The bunk bed setup is prefect as an airbnb rental for an extra bed for multiple clients renting it which it will eventually be a premium Airbnb setup by the buyer of the home .... The bunk beds would be exceptionally perfect for a scenario for a single mother with a child too .... And if its just a single person the upper bunk area can be a reading area and/or a huge extra area for more storage ........ If you visited the home in person you'd probably be able to understand the payout and design better
