What a change of scenery! Sounds of nature from the deafening sound of cicadas to the sounds of beach and ocean waves.
Another month of work and finally got out to explore an area 500km away.
I was racing three metre tides (sandbars coming out of the water so quickly!) but relaxing in nature was my priority :) I had planned to camp on the boat overnight but severe thunderstorms with damaging winds and hail were on their way. I didn't even get a chance to do some camp cooking. I had nowhere sheltered to secure the boat so I had to head back in. I've had my fair share of risky adventures in my life and didn't want to spoil the trip with a disaster. The last shot in the video was at the boat ramp about to get the boat out of the water.
I got a new iPhone and spoiled the landscape shots using the zoom on it. Lesson learned.
ASMR No Talking approach. I find it is a recharge for me and feel grateful I can get out to the outdoors.
There was a crocodile spotted in this area a couple of weeks ago but I didn't encounter it thankfully. I was surprised by the abundance of wildlife deep in the mangroves. I'm glad I don't have a boat wrap - I would have scratched it all off.
