This is a 360 VR Video that allows you to look all around using your mouse to drag the screen, just like Google Streetview, or use your mobile device (open the video in the native RU-vid app) to drag the screen or turn your device to see the entire area.
Find your place by looking down to reference the site map.
Make sure to increase your quality setting using the little gear icon. The 360 video has been uploaded in full 4K for crystal clear views.
