Discover the new gladiator exhibit in the hypogeum (underground rooms) beneath the Colosseum, including the tunnel that linked the Colosseum to the Ludus Magnus - great gladiator school - featured in the film Gladiator with Russell Crowe.
A big thank you to Hornblower Group who invited me to the inauguration of this spectacular exhibition. In partnership with the Parco archeologico del Colosseo (PArCo), this all-new exhibition and multimedia installation will transport visitors back nearly 2,000 years to Ancient Rome reviving the scenes of the passage of the gladiators from the tunnel that connected Ludus Magnus.
